All ways new stuff not repackage returns like other discount sites. Been shopping here for years. Why? Top notch customer service. They make it mistake proof. Ordered a Nebulizer for my Dad and didn't realize one of my siblings had already gotten him one and Until Gone took it back with no problems... I had to pay return shipping but was reimbursed by PayPal!
