International (Chinese) company. Charged my account $15 more than my receipt stated that my shoes were. Bank also charged me international transaction fee. Shoes were going to take more than a month to ship to me. Because of this I asked for a refund. They said they would only refund me the cost that was on my receipt ($15 less than i paid), and not the international transaction fee. Still waiting on the refund. $20 out of my pocket and nothing but trouble and stress... company also has not customer information contact, reps do not know english well when they write emails, and they give no clear time estimate for production and delivery of shoes.

Scam alert. They post fake pictures of isabel marant wedge sneakers, they stole from other sites, and the either send you nothing or the nastiest looking cheap obvious china knock off. They are a shopping scam. Oh and the NYC address and phone number are fake, they are in China, and pretty much kiss your money goodbye
