Great desks that ship fast. The build quality seems good and the instructions are clear. However, one of the things that sold me was their warranty and customer support. Please be aware that their customer support is lacking and are unwilling to help with issues beyond a first or second cursory response.

UPLIFT has top notch and fast customer service. They ensure a good product. My first desk was damaged during shipping and they replaced it. Additionally, they have excellent instructions and help documents that actually are useful and easy to find. My wife and I have had these desks for years and they are extremely sturdy and durable. I'd recommend these desks to anyone regardless if you want to use the standing features.

I received a badly damaged desktop from Uplift. I called them and spoke with Steven Bostic. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He put me at ease about rectifying my issue, providing a few options. I chose being sent a replacement desktop and he had it shipped out the same day. Receiving an expensive but damaged large item is obviously stressful, but resolving that with Steven was painless and a relief. Great job.
I reached out to Uplift Desk's customer service team for assistance with the standing desk I purchased in the summer of 2020. Avalon is the rockstar at Uplift Desk that handled my request. From my initial request Avalon was fantastic, providing clear and concise steps to troubleshoot my issue as well as additional guidance with submitting a warranty request. They were enjoyable to work with throughout the process, responding quickly and politely.
If anyone reading this ends up submitting a customer service request to Uplift Desk you'll be in great hands working with Avalon and the rest of their team.

I ordered the Uplift V2 Commercial because it was the only desk on the market to go low enough to be actually ergonomic. Unfortunately I had an issue with my control box, which Julian quickly and painfully resolved for me. Excellent experience!
I just had to leave a review for uplift. I tried to order an accessory when building my desk and didn't see the option. I reached out via their chat feature and got connected to Avalon. Avalon was a complete joy to work with. I was able to get everything I needed for my new desk. Just an excellent job all around for Avalon.

I had an issue with my desk not raising or lowering to the desired preset height. I chatted with Danielle about the issue and within minutes had a solution to my problem. The problem hasn't happened again since. She was super knowledgeable and very quick to answer and offer suggestions to resolve the issue. Fantastic customer support for a fantastic product!

I have needed a proper desk for the past few years but I haven't been able to afford it because I'm a full time student. At this point I chose quality over having a desk and chair for the time being but the reason I made the decision was because of the collaboration between a high quality desk and good customer service. I appreciate the help I received from Samantha Cobb, who gave me a shipping quote with the maximum discount they where able to offer and I'm grateful for the patience they showed when I couldn't seem to choose between cost efficiency and superior ergonomics. My metaphorical wallet is feeling much lighter than before, but, it's worth it means saving myself from the already encroaching pains of a bad back. Thank you Samantha and every other employ who I spoke to in passing before you, for your help in getting me to the correct set up.

The pricing is.. a lot. I understand that it is in part to do with the quality of the products and customer service but it does not make sense even considering those things.

Even though I live all the in the middle of the ocean in Hawaii, Avalon Myst was able to work with me to get a shipping quote on my exact configuration for the desk I wanted. Her responses were timely and it was one of the most efficient desk buying experiences I've ever had! Will definitely return here if I ever need a new desk in the future! The website and showroom were great and very helpful, but it was my customer service rep, Avalon Myst, who made the difference. She advised, adjusted, and was patient as I was going through the process of ordering a complete home office set up.
I have to leave this review, because I've never had such a great experience with any customer service rep from any company before.
Steven B. From Uplift Desk was the most helpful, prompt, and friendly representative I've spoken to. After having called, live chatted, and emailed with probably 7 agents from Uplift, all of whom were professional, Steven B still completely stood out – and again, among all reps I've had to contact about orders from other companies.
My return request was a bit more complicated, since there were 2 orders for different attachments for a keyboard tray system, but he completely understood the situation and my request, and was also so courteous and kind on the phone. (Usually, most agents sound like they're reciting from a script or are not really nice). On top of that, I was asking for an unusual request, but he didn't just reject it outright and say that's not company policy or something. Steven said he'd look into what might be possible in this scenario, sent me a confirmation email promptly (again something I usually always need to ask for or check back on later), and even followed up with me the first thing the next day. And right after I got back to him.
Other Uplift Desk agents have been professional and not robotic, but they usually take a few days to respond, meaning I've had to do the work of checking back in and creating reminders for myself to do that, which is work and extra time.
I've had to talk to several agents for this keyboard tray system order that was ultimately easy to mount, like most of their products, but for me it unfortunately didn't work with my footrest and unadjustable armrests, which I was bummed about. But it would've been really annoying if I didn't get a refund for all this work and time spent on this system, and I'm very relieved I luckily got connected to Steven when I called.
As an editor, I find Uplift desks are awesome (prob the best?), and all their attachments are simple and great (though some things are a bit overpriced even if they're high quality and durable), but this last customer service experience with Steven has made me definitely want to get other desk accessories, despite the price for some things, because I know if something ends up not working for my setup, then I don't have to worry about dealing with inefficient, unfriendly, difficult customer service.
Often I do a lot of research on options before buying to avoid having to deal with any of that. Sometimes it's hard to even talk to a real person these days, with chat bots and AI. Very glad also Uplift isn't going that route (their live chat is actually really good).
Just very happily surprised there are customer service agents out there who truly want to help you AND excel at their job. Unfortunately, a very hard combo to find.
Tip for consumers:
Best adjustable desk. High quality attachments / accessories (a bit overpriced, but they'll last a long time and are intuitive to set up or mount). Customer service stands out the most as the best thing about the company in my experience.

My experience with this purchase was positive (I have yet to set up the desk itself). Luis was awesomeee. I so appreciated their help with the extra touches my order required. I had a follow-up question about t-shirt sizing (obviously not super important) and Luis even got approval to send one out to me at no extra cost. Truly regardless of the t-shirt, I sincerely appreciated Luis's time and help with helping us feel supported with a big purchase during a stressful time (moving, painting, etc). I called Uplift desk and spoke with Anthony Tipton. Exceptional customer service. Walked me through the process of troubleshooting the control box. He was patient and kind and knew his stuff. I appreciate him taking the time to help me and never once did I feel like an idiot. My pictures weren't that great but he knew exactly what to do.
