Stay away
October 26, 2021

Uprinting will print your job incorrectly, customer service will stall you and they will not fix the problem. Instead, they will drag the whole process out for weeks until you give up. Try PsPrint, they have all of the same online printing options, their customer service is friendly and helpful, and their work is superior.

(In the photos, you can see that they blue circles were supposed to be centered but they weren't printed that way.)

I recently purchased custom return address labels for my small business. I'm very pleased with the excellent quality of the labels I received. Our logo, as well as the text on the label are very crisp and distinct. My order was processed carefully, but quickly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Exceeded Expectations!

I received excellent services from UPrinting on my recent order of a large window cling. The technician reviewed the photo I provided and suggested changes that resulted in an outstanding image and high quality product that exceeded expectations. I will order again!

Great Quality

Ordered customer invoices for our electrical contracting company. Quality of product was great and product was delivered promptly and price was reasonable. Only thing I was not happy with was my fault, I should have paid more attention to the font size on my husband's name, phone number and email info. I wish I had made it larger. But again that was my fault.

Great Experience

I recently ordered a 16 x 24 enlargement. It was an easy process and the cost was very reasonable. The print was high quality and delivered on schedule. I will definitely use UPrinting again.

Not recommended

Terrible experience. I ordered both side black colors 2" x 3.5" Plastic Business Cards for my business.
Once I opened the box, I am in shock. Cards are scratched, printing signs, damaged plastic. There are printing marks on cards (not a small marks, disturbing marks btw)
So, I contacted customer service (provided them photos of cards), they said they will response within 2 days. Nothing, no response. I contacted again, they said 2 days again, no response.
Finally, they want me to ship back to cards to them. Meantime. Once I ask refund, they offer to print them again.
So at this point, I realized that they dont have "quality check" before ship cards and they have terrible customer service.
Why did they not check the cards before shipping? And waste my days?
Well, I, personally, had bad taste in my mouth with them. Not recommend Uprinting.

Fast, beautiful signs

UPrinting's site is extremely user friendly. The submitted art is thoroughly checked and you are told what needs to be corrected, if necessary. The production and shipping that follow are amazingly speedy and the signs we got were perfect. A great company to deal with!

I will encourage anyone to stay clear of this company. I attempted to make a purchase and when I clicked for payment, the shipping charged doubled to $26+. That was a little over half the product total. The Customer Service Live chat representative was not helpful and exhibited horrible customer service skills. This bait and switch tactic is extremely unfortunate and disappointing. This would have been my first purchase with the company.

Very bad customer service ever! No care about customer! I didn't received my real order, i get wrong! When i call and ask about help they said cannot help bc of shipped already, so it is what we want to hear? Very bad! Definitely not recommend to anybody!

We ordered a $1000 item missing parts and they wouldn't make it right. Nearly insulting and supremely not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY. I don't leave reviews like this ever but they left us feeling so insulted and helpless.

Wasting time and efforts dealing with this online company. They ship you wrong order, not what you ordered. Hassel to get your money back even when they admit their mistake. Customers save yourselves a headache.

Shipping is very expensive and the timeline for delivery is misleading. My shipment still hasn't arrived and it has been almost 10 days since the order was placed. Missed business opportunities because of this delay and no compromise from customer service. Would not recommend.

Slow printing, slow shipping

Worst service, i should check review before buy from them.
Take 5-7 days for print, shipping cost 60 USD for 3 days shipping, just 3 small box. And still late. Deliver date is 11, today is 12 still not delivered at all.
Call online, no one listen. Chat online to ask cancel order, they won't accept.
No wonder they have 2 star rating here
And 1 star rating there.

Beside bad quality service, they duplicate their website to make many versions like:

There are a ton of printing places on line, I was trying to save a few pennies and get a faster turnaround time and found uprinting. My stickers came without a way to peel them like others with a cut on the back for an easy peel-off. The paper stuck to the sticker so they would not peel and they creased when you tried to peel them so they looked bad when you finally got most of the paper off. They could not be saved or used. I called the customer service line and was disappointed in the customer service I was told 2 days for a rep to get back to you and let you know if they would replace them or refund you or neither. No, I am sorry, no help just a canned answer that this is policy. I learned my lesson, and I am waiting for a return call. I am sure I am out the stickers and money.

I sent Day's creating my labels with Uprinting's on line design service. I Created multiple versions of two different labels and finally ordered a test order of 25 labels to confirm the labels looked exactingly are they appear on their website. Well they did. At that point I wanted to make a couple changes of what I felt would be simple changes to the label size and a line Text. SORRY, NO CAN DO. You will need to completely redo your design from Scratch. So as I stated to the Uprinting C. S. Rep. Because I have to completely redo all my work, and would have to each time I made a change., I'll start by dropping them. Move on, you've been warned.

You pay $35 per proof to receive your proof on very thin photocopy paper. I understand printing for a color check, but paying $35 per proof which is more than how much it costs for half the order printed and not being able to actually feel the paper seems like a rip off. When I did a live chat, to confirm for $35 per proof all you receive is it printing on photo copy paper and not cut to scale just shown the trim lines, the agent said yes and apologized that the site didn't have detailed information on how the proof was going to be printed. If I knew that, I would have just approved it via PDF email for free instead of paying $70. I have never ordered a proof before and it not come on the exact material it was being printed on. Very disappointed and felt slighted of paying $70 for basically nothing useful.

After chatting with customer service about an order and read the reviews here, I felt compelled to post one of my own.

I was charged $42 for shipping from Van Nuys to my residence in San Diego, that isn't acceptable.

They blamed UPS on the rates, however as I work in logistics I have access to the same things they do. Even factoring in moving a smaller amount of product than they do, UPS's costs were less than half of theirs to ship.

They make a fine product in my experience but i will not pay $42 for shipping on items that weigh less than a pound combined, especially when they are located two hours from my home is 3 hours south.

Edit: After further review of the orders, they do not bundle all products together. I order three sets of 250 stickers, they ship them individually.

AMAZING!
June 30, 2017

I needed to order some tags for our business and after placing the order Uprinting called us the next day to fix our order. The quality of our logo wasn't right and Joe helped us make it look AMAZING! He even noticed we placed the order wrong and switched it so we got the same thing for a cheaper price. It also came 6 days early, and we love them! Will definitely be reordering more when we run out.

Never again

I'm ordered twice from this company and every time, the product is said to be "in production" and doesn't get delivered on time. Customer service is horrible and says "it's in production there's nothing we can do". I had two orders, tried to eventually cancel because the delivery time kept moving, was told it was in production and couldn't do anything. Had to dispute with my credit card and cancel payment. A month later I received an email that they couldn't complete my order and they were cancelling it. Never again!

My last few orders have been totally messed up. But this last order tops it! They sent my labels with the wrong finish. Then they offered to send the correct labels. GREAT! When i received the labels they WERE A TOTAL DIFFERENT COLOR! My labels are tan and they sent me yellow! I contacted customer and was online with them for over an hour with no resolve. They were not helpful and they refused to correct it. They blamed it on their print machine. I'm so unhappy because now i have to push my release date back until i can find another label company. Smh... and let's not forget to mention how they charge super high shipping and it's per label. Even if you order everything together you are paying almost 20 dollars on shipping for each box of labels. RIP OFF! Requested to speak to a manager. Never heard a thing.
