It's been a month, I placed the order. I haven't received any update till now, they don't respond on calls, emails, WhatsApp. Such horrible and unprofessional. Highly recommend not to order...

Not buying from this brand again! Placed an Order with ID # *******,on 22/8 & the order is NOT shipped even after 18 Days & when I follow-up - they say they r "treating it with love & care & will escalate this to the team, which clearly never happens! It is a fraud show! Beware & don't shop from them and thank me later!

They don't even respond to customer's concerns. Never received my order. Worst online shopping store I have ever shopped from. Shut your business if you don't wanna deliver products and spare out the time to respond to queries for weeks.

It's not everyone's piece of cake to run a business. Stop scamming customers!

Had ordered a co ord set from Uptownie: didn't fit me well so had to return it. They had told us to wait for 10 to 15 days for refund. It's been more than a month now. No money or any mail yet received from their end. Nor any customer executive picks up the call. Extremely pathetic n fraud site

I have made a payment of 999/- on 21st April I didn't receive any order number also and no mails or message also, when I speak to customer care she is asking for order when I haven't received the order how can I give? And no updates on my complaint also.

This website is the worst to order from. I ordered once i got my order in 7 days after 2-3 months i again ordered they took a month to deliver the order. And also no customer service response on time. They do not refund your money. And if u try login in to the website it shows incorrect password which they do not reset also. Never order from here.

The quality of the cloth was really nice. The fit was according to the size and the vibrant colours made me feel pretty.

These kind of fake startups should be banned...I ordered tops at 8.30 am and 9.20 am on the same day I cancelled my order after seeing all the reviews and they were not ready to cancel the order and said the process has started and now we can't cancel the order and I did online payments so was stuck now...can't believe who starts processing it early morning and within 50 mts the goods have been dispatched...such people kill the market for other genuine startups cause people start disbelieving on such online trades.
Shame on you guys for cheating others.

And they don't ship your products even after 15 business days…you try calling them or texting, the only message you receive is "we apologise, will do it soon" and the soon never sees the noon and yes they do not receive your call, only texts …check their reviews on Google and mouthshut before ordering…you will find the reality…fake blue ticks (Founder- Priyanka aka piyu 1991) are meant to fool the customers…you can mint money by fooling the customers just for once, but thanks to the same social media (where you are playing with people's emotions and hard earned money, I can give honest reviews and save them from falling into the trap)…DO NOT ORDER *******@uptownie101 and as a founder@piyu1991, you need to owe your mistakes and work on that and please expedite the delivery of my products…and just a curious question, why every start ups of Surat fool customers, I mean is it a trend you guys are bound to follow

Its srems impossible to return once you have taken their product fraud customer care number no response mails bad clothing material worst stitching quality...how can you work like this in long run with such pathetic customer service

The quality of the product is very poor. Their service is extremely poor. No will will respond and no one will call you. Don't buy anything from here. If you realy don't want to get scammed. My personal experience is worst.

They are running a FRAUD WEBSITE. I had already ordered from them since a month. Didn't RECEIVE ANYTHING from them! They don't revert on INSTA, their customer care is always busy and no revert on EMAILs.
Please don't order from them and waste your money

The product made me feel comfortable. It fitted me perfectly and made me look stylish loved the set

I received the product after a month and when i returned it I received only store credit (no moneyback). And apparently you cannot use your store credit with any discounted items on site. Almost everything on their site is on discount and hence I am still not unable to use my store credit. It is almost a 2 months now.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T PURCHASE EVER.
