Pros:
CONSTANT COMMUNICATION

BEST VARIETY ON THE NET

CHEAP

THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK

Cons:

Delivery was a few days later than I expected

Tracking number took a while to work.

I ordered

Their product is hands down what I was expecting, 100 percent what I was expecting.

​I will say the board moves A LOT faster than what I expected based on the description. It has a feeling of power of feeling under your feet which was a bit intimidating as a girl I guess. ​
The cool thing about urban balance boards is the contact, ​I was pretty hard on Lacy and gave her my word I'd leave a honest review once I had my Sprinter for a week. ​

​I​ was nervous when I ordered, ​I had ​never​ ​herd of them, but i​'​d never herd of any of the more expensive options either, and ​I'm​ definitely not sending money to asia​, not even through Amazon, buts thats just me​. That said, the communication was on point. I got more emails than I could respond to. ​I always got a response​ They had several options​. ​ My​ only issue is my ​ tracking number took a week to work, ​after they gave it to me​ but they did call me twice, which was cool. They call from ​unidentified​ numbers, ​I​ don't like that part, but they seem to be responding to the 800 number which wasn't the case 3 weeks ago. Good response time, same day, usually an hour or two. ​ ​Terrible explanation of delivery schedule​/ Fedex issue​, but ​I​ got my boards.
