Ordered clothes from this site more than a month ago.till now no sign of order items. They aren't even responding to emails. It's a fake website. Do not order stuff from here. They won't ever deliver your order items and you can't even get refunds from them. Money wasted!

I placed my order over 2 months ago after numerous attempts to reach out to them they gave me the runaround. A Then asked for a refund and they denied claiming package is still shipping. 2 months and i still haven't received nothing! Horrible not professional at all!

I ordered multipul items and one didn't come. I emailed to see where it was as it was for a first birthday outfit. I ordered months prior. They replied and said they were checking with dispatch. I hadn't heard back since, so sent 2 emails and got no response. I just emailed again saying how unsatisfied I was and there was no apologies. They told me the item was discontinued and they had done a refund weeks ago. Although I got an email a few days before hand from a different company called "Ezibuy" saying my item was on the way. With pictures and everything. I have also not received any refunds. Their responses are generic. I notice there isn't anywhere on websites or Facebook pages to make a proper review. They don't care. I wish I googled reviews beforehand. Bloody appauling. Don't order from them. Give your money to a business deserving!

Knock off chinese products of premium Australian designers. This company copies original boutique designers and makes it cheaply in china. Terrible quality and fake, rip off designs. Please do not support this business and support the real authentic designers!

Don't buy from these 2 weeks delivery and from CHINA missing one item not happy poor service definitely would not recommend

Everything is fake! The products they sell and everything on their website and facebook is fake! They claim to be a boutique store from Austrlia, but when you get your package it clearly says it was sent via CHINA POST from and address in CHINA. They do not provide a contact number or address. Only email and messenger, however the take so long to get back and sometimes they just dont reply at all. Very poor customer service and their fake products make it worse

Just received my first Urban bubs order and I am very pleased with the items.

I ordered a knit romper and harem set and both arrived within 2 weeks. The quality and price are perfect.

Just made my second order today and will review this once it has arrived.

Purchased 6 pairs of shoes but only received 5 pairs. This retailer does not have a phone contact so after emailing and Facebook messenger I was notified that they made an error and would send out the item. After waiting 4 weeks I still had not receive the item so I contacted them again. This time they advised they would refund my money. After waiting on their advise that it would take 2-5 days the money was not in my account I contacted them again and heard nothing back. They had blamed the error on a new customer service team member and despite admitting they were at fault I am still waiting on my refund.

I purchased 10 rompers for my daughter and a gift for my nephew.

The items arrived in under 2 weeks. The items were great quality, especially for the money.

Just opened my package from Urban Bubs and couldn't be happier. The $12 rompers are incredible, I will definitely need to purchase some more for my littles girl's collection.

I ordered two rompers and toddler overalls. Afterwards I googled the business and saw reviews which were less than favourable, so I was a little worried about if and what I'd receive. Super happy to report that the postage was fast and the products were great! They obviously came from china as per the packaging but all in all they were great for the price. The only thing I'd say is that they were a little on the smaller side. I ordered a 3-4 for my toddler and there's no way he'll fit into them when he's 3. But honestly they were absolutely fine to deal with and I'm happy with what I got. :)
