We have used Urban Threads to put our RunRx logo on tshirts and vests and have enjoyed both a great product and customer service!
I purchased a apple blossom design that was absolutely beautiful in the picture. However, when I downloaded the design, I found that the color chart was completely different than what was displayed. It looked nothing like the picture shown. The stitch lines didn't flow like the look of the picture. I asked if I could return it for a refund. They in turn emailed back and give me videos to watch to be able to "fix" the colors. I told them I was not happy and wanted a refund at least three times and finally they told me they would not refund, but let me have more videos and publishing to read to "fix" the design.
