I got a lovely floral sofa... its comfortable and cozy... and takes the pride of place in our drawing room. Very happy with my purchase. I have ordered for another sofa cum bed of a different model. Will give a review of that when it arrives.

Don't even think of buying from them. They're all fraud. First they will tell 15 days later they will take 60 more days to complete and dispatch your products. They will keep changing the prices by telling us different stories. They won't lift your calls once the advance payment is done and won't send your products until and unless you pay them the total amount of your bill. I received very bad products. They were all broken and torn. They used all cheap leather. Be careful of this fraudsters.

The person Vikas taking the order is a thug... we placed an order in June & are still awaiting delivery. He speaks rudely when you follow up on ur order. He makes false promises. He's disrespectful. Please don't ever make a purchase from them. He & his company should suffer & burn in hell. Hope they never get any clients. They are the worst. His number is *******526. It's also the number listed for customer care. So you get the idea. Please beware.

I bought a table from Urbnfurnish last year, in 2020. After multiple follow ups, it was delivered with a polish that was sticky. I highlighted the same and I was told that it will dry up. More than a year has passed, the polish is still not dry. Newspaper, bookcover left on the table cling on to the surface. It has damaged my books.
There are better sellers than Urbnfurnish. They are demanding money to fix the issue. There are better sellers than these folks. Best avoided.
I would have rated zero if that was possible.

I have ordered a sofa side table from them and a 7 day delivery was promised. The table has not arrived even after 22 days. They keep giving false promises. I really wonder how companies lie so easily nowadays and how they survive without any service values or professional attitude. I even asked for a refund but they are neither refunding the money nor sending the table

I placed an order on July 21,2021 and and it has not yet been delivered till today though they promised speedy delivery at the time of placing the order. Customer care people are completely unhelpful and insensitive. I don't trust them at all and planning to file a complaint in the consumer complaint forum.
