I love their watches, shoes and clothing that are of premium quality and cost is very reasonable. Their styles are so fashionable an the logo is very attractive. Impressed with the quick shipping process.

Tommy Hilfiger's USA online ordering and fulfilment service is not fit for purpose. The online shop is unable to process orders quickly and accurately enough, resulting is shipping times way beyond what is quoted. They clearly don't care that they state delivery times they cannot fulfil. The ‘customer service' is appalling, with agents unable to resolve issues or offer compensation for problems they've created - an absolute disgrace for a global brand! The entire experience is shambolic, the Chief Operating Officer should be fired, replaced by someone who's able to improve things. Most disappointing about this, judging from all the other comments, is that Tommy Hilfiger online just does NOT care. Shop elsewhere!

Ordered a gift for my husband. Due to the timing of purchase & birthday I am out of the 45 day return window as the item did not fit. No problem, I just called and requested an exchange. I'll even pay for whatever shipping would cost. NOPE. "We don't do exchanges." So, I'm just out of luck? Yes, sorry. When I told her I would not be shopping with them again she responded in a gleeful tone - okay! Ridiculous. I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before purchasing from them.

Most of the items by tommy looks ok but the quality is not worth that money.
If i buy shoes worth about 150 USD it can be made from real leather while tommy offers synthetic, yet, she sneakers get destroyed in 6 month... Clothes is also often overpriced. But looks beautiful through

If i need buy someting for normal man, without funny cuts and wierd colors - I go to Tommy. Socks, shirts, t-shirts or my best wrist watch. I like good quality of products and i can pay for this.

I made a purchase with overnight delivery and in the confirmation was written the purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days
The previous purchase I did had delivery term within 5-6 business days, confirmation stated 7-10 business days, customer service was helpless!

I found some great shorts on this site for the summer (it was still only early April) so I ordered three pairs. Free shipping, thought it was a steal. Each pair was marked "down" to $32.99. The very next day, after I placed my order, I discovered that the shorts were discounted! They were now $28 a pair. I called and was told I would have to return the original order when I received it, and place a new order. I did, and then two days later, received an email from them saying GREAT SALES. Well, now the shorts were discounted to, wait for it...$16.99! The SAME PAIRS OF SHORTS! I was furious. I called again and was told they don't price match, I could re order AGAIN and return the shorts that I had previously ordered (still didn't even have them yet). I was so fed up, I returned all of the shorts to an outlet store, and ordered the same 3 pair for $16.99. I mean, that is literally HALF of what I paid for one pair of shorts originally! Terrible business practice... they could have just credited me the sale price, I hadn't even gotten most of them by mail at that point! Never again Tommy, NEVER AGAIN. (ps the shorts are great quality and look nice, but I can't deal with their policies!)
