They don't have the courtesy to wear masks (covid) When I arrived home just finishing up i asked richard why he wasn't wearing a mask? He was a wise $#*! and said I'm not either! I said I don't know you re said he didn't know me either Wise $#*!!. My wife & I are in our 60"s & have conditions! We can't get this virus & unfortunately my wife forgot to ask him to wear one in our home. He stated he was exempt from a mask after I called the main office in Tampa. He then said the law doesn't require him to wear one! Wise $#*! again. I said this is my home & my law requires it! He said some other rude nasty things & my wife told him to go immediately. The main office just said sorry... any one with any common sense or decency would have been respectful to my wife & asked if he could come in without a mask or if he should get one... not rocket science just taking care of customers that are paying you for a service! Tha't why they have a one star rating bad company don't waste your time with them from what I've read & experienced!
