Per my usual way of doing things, I bought first, and ask questions later. As I read some of the reviews, I started questioning whether I had made a good decision. So, I called, and the person was very nice and surprisingly helpful. Then I read more and got scared again, so I contacted the delivery co., and they were nice and helpful. The bottom line though is that I got my washer in the timeframe I was given; it was what I ordered, and it appears to be in good working order.

I purchased 4 major appliances from them. Three of them were severely damaged in transit. The company has been less than helpful in resolving this citing their "policy" of complete inspection within 24 hours. The refrigerator was bashed in the back, the stove door buckled and the dishwasher was so severely damaged that it spewed water out the top! Most of this damage was not visible on inspection. The dishwasher damage was hidden by the insulation around the dishwasher.

I bought my appliances a double wall oven and a 5 burner cooktop and hood system through us appliance for my kitchen remodel. I was told delivery time was 3 to 4 weeks. We are well into week 5 we called them and ask for update and we are told we have to pay an extra for the delivery of only the double wall ovens and that we have to wait at least another 6 weeks for our hood. Worst company ever. Rude customer service too. Do not recommend at all. Spend your money elsewhere

This business is used by Lowe's. I bought a 5 year extended coverage on a washer and dryer. Lowe's used US Appliance. They have already changed my service date and haven't called or showed up for 2nd date. They do not answer their phone or messages. I have put them on priority report with Lowe's. Don't buy from Lowe's either because they outsource all their work to under qualified businesses like US APPLIANCES

In November 2023, I purchased a Kitchen Appliance package from US-Appliance.com for a complete renovation project. The appliances were stored in my garage for three months during the renovation. Upon installation, several issues were discovered: the microwave did not fit the designated space, the dishwasher was damaged internally, and the stove's bottom drawer consistently falls off upon opening. The overall quality of these appliances is disappointing and subpar.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues with US-Appliance.com, both my general contractor and I were informed that no refund or replacement would be provided since it had been over 30 days since delivery and we no longer had the original packaging. This response is unacceptable given the significant investment I made in these appliances.

I was advised to contact the manufacturer for possible repairs, and I am currently awaiting an email from US-Appliance.com to facilitate this. However, I am prepared to escalate the matter by filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General of Michigan, and pursuing a small claims lawsuit in Tennessee.

I expect quality products and fair treatment as a consumer, and I refuse to accept being provided with damaged and substandard goods without recourse.

I placed an online order for a $2000 GE appliance over their website after talking to a nice customer service agent.
Then the buying experience went south. This was their response to my order: "This email is to inform you that we have canceled your order. We have been unable to verify the Credit Card, Billing or Shipping address that you supplied"
I called their customer service department again and got perhaps the worst customer service agent ever. After advising him the billing address, the shipping address, and the credit card number provided on the order were in fact all correct, and that VISA advised me US Appliance made no attempt to debit my credit card for the purchase, he was rude and made no attempt to resolve their issue and process my order.
I do not recommend dealing with this company based on my recent experience with US Appliance.

Tip for consumers:
Customer Service is worst I have experienced and make no effort to resolve your issue.

I ordered $6000 worth of appliances. Customer service is absolutely horrible! Do not buy from these crooks! First they told me they couldn't deliver curbside because the carrier only had 50' semi trucks which I had to resolve directly with the carrier and if I hadn't they would charge me return shipping fees for something they said they couldn't deliver! Refrigerator packaging was undamaged but there were two dents and when I plugged it in and opened the freezer lights blinked and error message was displayed this is something that could not be observed without unpacking! I reported within 24hrs, nothing but arguments and referral to manufacturer for warranty work!

We purchased a brand new Marvel Ice Maker from US Appliance and had an absolutely terrible experience!

Here is a quick recap:

- Prior to getting the Ice Maker hooked-up and running, we paid to have a carpenter, plumber and electrician to get our kitchen cabinet area ready for the install.

- We first powered-on the unit on 3/21/24
- After 5 straight days of ice production from the unit w/o removing any ice from it, the ice machine only produced around 11lbs of ice – so nowhere even close to the 25lbs that is supposed to generate "every" 24 hours
- We then called US Appliance and spoke with their service tech about the issue, he took us through a check list of items for troubleshooting and then had us power the unit off and then back on and to remove all of the ice and then to monitor the ice production.
- We monitored the ice production for an additional 4 days and then weighed everything that was made and it only totaled 9lbs. Based on this we then called US Appliance again and they then told us that we had to contact the manufacturer directly.
- After explaining everything to the manufacturer via Marvel, they then sent out a repair tech come out to our home on 4/2/24.
- The repair tech then confirmed that the unit was hooked-up correctly and said that there must be an internal issue with the unit that would require replacement parts.

-Since this was a brand new unit that never operated correctly, we told US Appliance that we were not interested in having the unit repaired and that they needed to set-up a return for us as we had paid a lot of money for this unit and it never worked even close to the specs marketed/provided.
-So we called US Appliance about this on 4/3/24 and they told us to recap everything in writing so that they could discuss this situation with Marvel. They then emailed us back on 4/4/24 and told us that we could not return the unit but that they confirmed that replacement parts were ordered and that a tech would address the issue. It was mentioned that it could take up to 2 weeks to process the claim as well as another 10 days for shipping the parts and then whatever time the tech needed to come out to our place.
-We then called and emailed them back insisting on the right to return this unit but they will not return any of our calls or emails.

Tip for consumers:
US Appliance is a terrible company to deal with - I would recommend never buying anything from them!

READ OTHERS REVIEWS before you consider! Apparently I'm not the only person they have ripped off. If I could rate them no stars I would. I purchased a hood range extension from us appliance online and received it long after. I didn't open the package within 24 hours. When I opened it the hood extension was extremely damaged with a dent that is not fixable. When I called customer service the agent was extremely rude with me and first argued with me and told me that the carrier that delivered the item was not FEDEX when I clearly read the email I received from fedex regarding the item I purchased. I did not have to sign for anything which she lightly argued as well. Then told me that after 24 hours it's not their problem and laughed when I asked to speak to the manager. I don't know if she was laughing because I was so upset with her attitude with my 1 year old screaming in the background or what but when I asked for the manager she said that the manager was listening to the conversation the whole time then told me she wasn't available to talk to me and sent me to her voicemail. At this point my baby is screaming and I'm in tears leaving a voicemail and I'm so upset I don't even know what I said. The manager called me back later in the week and left me a voicemail telling me they don't replace damages after it's been 24 hours. So I have a approximately $200 damaged range hood extension sitting in my trash. Us appliance does not deliver and read the fine print before you consider them. Weve purchased appliances that were terrible as their customer service in the past, I didn't know their bad service was consistent until now.

First, I have been a loyal customer for years - until now. Obviously something has changed. I bought a dishwasher ($900) that looked fine when delivered but the stacked something on it or dropped it causing the tub to be out of shape allowing water to leak. After running through hoops (pictures, repair man, etc) they said it was clearly damaged and shouldn't have been installed and it is my problem. Don't buy from these crooks.

They shipped a $62.00 order by Fex-X and required an adult signature for the package. They would not authorize the removal of the signature requirement or shipment to a Fed-X office. My wife had to spend her day off at home waiting for rhe package of 3D glasses. Idiotic customer service perspective.
