You know, I'm beginning to think all these reviews of awful Chinese sites are here just to get their URLs on SiteJabber. Rather sad, really. Anyway it's not worth gracing this heap of junk (oh... Chinese junk... lol) with a serious review. It's hard to believe anyone could fall for this. Or, having discovered what they should already have figured out, that they have even the slightest hope of getting their money back.

I am beyond pissed now. I should have went with my gut when I came across this site but I was trying to save money and thought that this was going to be a legit business. I have not received my order yet and they have retrieved funds from my account as of yesterday. I submitted a request for a refund and cancellation of order so hopefully I can get my money back. I am so disappointed in myself for being so blind!
I bought a coach purse for my daughter for christmas, found out it's a fake.Do i feel real horrible, not only that the zipper broke after having it a month. This place is terrible don't buy from them! They can't ba trusted!

I pursed three Coach purses and one bracelet. Two of the purses had defective zippers and were cheap fakes. The bracelet was too small and poor quality. The uscoachbags.com website has a guaranteed return/refund policy. I have emailed them concerning the return. They gave me the runaround for a while, then quit the email conversation. This web site is a ripoff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The online merchant based in China claims selling authentic Coach bags, but ships black market ones of the worst piracy quality. Can't believe they are bold enough to take credit card payments and conduct the illegal activities internationally. Where are the law enforcement agencies?!
They claim the purses are original, I have been e-mailing all week trying to get information to send products back. They are not in any way original. They keep asking if I can prove it, if I can send photos, now they just don't respond anymore. They are crooks. Do not buy from them. Claim within 30 days you can return if not satisfied but just won't let you do it. Will not give you address to return and keep giving you run around. I am filing claim with paypal to get my money back.
This website lies about authenticity of its products. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They won't let you return and get your $$ back... I am out $300!
