Let me FIRST tell you about a different company. We needed an order of embossed wristbands and made an order with a competitor whose name implied they'd get the order done quickly. With that company, they offered all of the options we needed, including a line of copy on the INSIDE of the wristbands, as well. That company gave us such a runaround, didn't communicate clearly or expediently with us, and a few days before the "expected delivery date" told us it would cost an extra $30 to deliver in time for an event. (ON TOP of the per item cost for expedited production!) When we got those wristbands, they left off the copy on the inside of the wristband and we're still jumping through hoops to get any kind of a refund. ALONG COMES US CRAFT... TO... THE... RESCUE. NO ONLY did they send me a confirmation email regarding the artwork to get my final approval, they allowed me to make some changes over the style, font size, and quantities during the process. AND they responded to those emails within 24 hours. While they missed their "expected delivery date" by one day, I'm still giving them 5 stars because they were shipping from LA to ATL - 4 time zones away, whereas their competitor was up charging me on top of upcharges for only 2 time zones away. Total time was 15 days from order to receipt - NOT business days, CALENDAR days - and THAT was a HUGE difference! John and his team did a fantastic job on the wristbands and they look like we paid double for them. REALLY pleased with USCraft at this stage and we WILL be returning when we need a reorder or other materials. Happy customer.
I ordered August 5th, 2022. I paid $10 extra to get my order to me by august 16th. My order never arrived, it was sitting at "production stage 2" since the 9th. I emailed them august 16th, 17th and 18th. They finally emailed me back today, august 19th at 2:22 am (because they're really located in China, not the US). They claim my order was lost in transit, but when I went to check the status because I was curious… it said it was canceled august 19th, right after they emailed me with their lies. They refunded me the $10 I paid extra but nothing else. When I emailed them the 18th… I forgot which credit card I used and I went to check my statements to find out. Only to find out that they stole my credit card information and used it for $96 at a movie theatre 56 minutes away from where their website says their APARTMENT (not company) is located. My fraud department proved it was them. I contacted the attorney general this time and if my "remake" order doesn't show up on august 26th like they promise this time… I'll be contacting both my local PD as well as the ones in Los Angeles where they claim they're located. You get highly rude emails, they don't take responsibility for anything… they literally blame it all on the customer. They have told other people that "American's don't work on Saturday's"… tell that to the American's that DO work saturdays… why wouldn't they know that? Because they're really based in China. They bragged to me in an email about how many people they scam per day (there are 2 others and probably more that they stole credit card numbers for in the last 5 months… besides myself). I had to have my credit card turned off, dispute the charges for my order and the $96 they stole. They blamed my "computer" for the card being stolen. However, I used my iPhone. IPhones don't get viruses or spyware. They told everybody else they stole numbers from the same excuse as well. PUBLICLY on their Google reviews. They even lie to you about how many bad reviews they have had in the last 10 years. They say 2-3… BUT you can clearly see with a reviews search of this company. That there are well over 20.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you plan ahead as some jobs can take a while to go through the design & production process. But, know that they do have options for expedited production and shipping if you need something more last minute.

Don’t use this site unless you want your card numbers stolen and money stolen without even receiving product that you paid for. Also… unless you like betting belittled and told you’re overreacting to them stealing your money, not once.. but twice.

I placed an order with this company and they changed my order even though they have you create your own order. I contacted the company four times and never got a response about my product. I did receive my order but it was not what I created. I asked for a refund and never got it nor did the company even try to contact me to make my order right. This is a waste of time and money. Do not order from this company, they have horrible customer service!
I can't recommend staying away from this company strongly enough.
I ordered lanyards from UScraft on February 14th. When the order didn't arrive on the estimated date, I wasn't too worried. It was, after all, only an estimate. But I noticed the account was listed as still being in "Production." I started a chat asking about it, and was assured the order would arrive by Friday (today). Ok, it was a few days later than expected, but I could live with it.
It did not arrive today.
I began a new chat and learned that it is scheduled to be shipped today. The day I was assured it would arrive. After Battling with whomever on chat, I was told they would refund 100% of the money I paid. I'm not expecting to actually get any refund.

Stay away from USCraft.
An awful shopping experience. I ordered with expedited production I needed it in 2-3 days. On day 2 I checked in and asked them if they were open on Saturdays, they said that Americans don't work on Saturdays. I told them I had an order in and should I expect my order ready on Monday. We go round in circles about order numbers. It's not like that is there stated policy but they needed an order number to just to provide me with information. So they have the order number and they tell me that my order will be ready on Tuesday. I explain to them that 4 days is not 2 or 3 days and if they insist on a Tuesday pickup then I expect to be refunded for my expedited shipping cost. We go round and round again until they say that my order will be ready Monday afternoon. Now I'm fifteen minutes in just to get them to abide by their own terms and I know what Monday afternoon means. It means At the very last moment they tell me Tuesday. So I tell them good I'll be by Monday at 12pm to pick up my order. We go round and round again until they decide to cancel my order. What a waste of time. They were completely unprofessional. If they expect me to abide by their terms, they should abide by their terms as well. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
