This company just sends dealers in the area what your looking for so they blow up your phone and email. They make it seem like you are searching for parts but then back with a message stating they found your parts but someone will contact you. Insanely unhelpful and a waste of my time.

I ordered a part for my '98 Mercedes that is no longer made through "Jambo Enterprises" that is owned by this parts dealer, and paid $400 for this part with PayPal. He knowingly bought the disclosed defective part, with no return, from Mile High Parts for $150, and it was direct shipped to me. I have also filed my complaint with PayPal for this purchase, and hopefully, they will help reduce future criminal activity by this merchant.
After I found out that it was defective, I tried to return it to Mile High Parts, and learned the bad news. I was able to track down the phone number and it matched this business. The owner will not refund my money. He will not return my calls nor emails, but texted me and said last week that he "would send a return label." NOTHING RECEIVED. This is a SCAM parts dealer! Stay away.

Paid Deposit for part and been promised on Friday that I will have part ready for pick up on Tuesday, on Tuesday owner made excuse like he not in town, Wednesday completely ignored my calls and Thursday decided to refund deposit and waisted a whole week of me without cargo van.beware

This is not a used parts supplier but a farm for Indian scammers to source new victims from. I put out a request for the transmission I needed and immediately I was hit with atleast 30 phone calls, 20 voice-mails, 10 texts. I answered one phone call and a guy with a STRONG accent let me know he had some great engines for me (didn't know I needed an engine) then he listed off five options all with varying mileage that were the same price. A legitimate salvage yard would charge more for lower mileage and less for higher mileage. I entertained the thought of messing with him and let the scammer know I actually needed a transmission at which point he said he had ten on hand and started spouting out random mileage numbers ranging from low to high but they were all the same price "$950 shipped" I guess this guy really needed $950 I let him know that local junkyards have the same transmission for $400 and we get off the phone. Boom I get texts from multiple numbers saying they have the best deals for me transmissions for less than $400. George corruption the owner of this website should be ashamed of himself. If he even exists. I hope people aren't falling for this. I bet your money dissappears pretty much instantly if you fall for these people's deceit.

As another review pointed out, all this site does is send your personal info out to a list of "retailers" who will call you back. Your phone and email both suddenly explode with people calling who have accents from parts of the world in a different time zone, promising you they have your part in stock.

Maybe there are some legitimate retailers who subscribe to the feed being generated by this site, but I talked to a person who told me one name, sent a picture of the part with a price quote from a GMail address with a different name, and then asked for payment through PayPal with a money request from a third name. At that point it became clear that this person was a scammer.

Are they all scammers? Probably. Does it matter? No, the fact that any scammer could use the feed from this site is bad enough that nobody should ever use it.

I am very satisfy having dealing with your company while very difucult with our local distributor. In the meantime I rate your service by 5. Thanks

Bought a ECU from them and was sent the wrong one. I email them about the issue and was told that the ECU they sent me was interchangeable. I ask for a refund and they agreed, I sent the ECU back and no refund has been issue for about 2 week now. They wont answer my email or call. STAY AWAY!

I needed a brake light for a Cadillac DTS and got a light for a CTS. I sent it back.

02/03/2017 I bought a Mercedes Benz Airmatic Air Strut front Left my car spare part, just USEDPARTSRUS dealer. Now is the 11/04/2017 and spare parts have not heard anything. I've been trying to get a response by e-mail them spare parts. Apparently it is sold two times online store. I demand my money back from them PayPal Account. Quite irresponsible trading, I do not recommend anyone to purchase spare parts. Looks their activities really difficult towards customers, even sub-standard. Shortly feel that is a blow below the belt, to do business with they. Money off vibes, no spare parts to customers! Do not waste your money people $#*!... business! Nickname brainless

No contact for two weeks, when I called them they said that they hadn't stock of the part and would issue a refund. Another two weeks and no contact or refund. Escalated a claim through pay pay, still no refund. Escalat d the case with PayPal and eventually got my money back.

Ordered a used door vacuum pump for my Mercedes. The pump has missing parts inside the assmebly. The pump was not directly removed from a car, the pump that someone has attempted to repair or reassemble it but was a horrible job, the person did not even reassemble the unit in a reverse order and in a result the pump is a junk! When fitted, it blew the fuse straight away.
Question to be asked: Hi boss, why did this happen?

We order an amplifier and was told by Nick we had a 30 days to return it with a full refund if it didn't work. The amplifier did not work. We sent it back by certified mail which you had to sign for it. Nick stated he received the amplifier and would give us a full refund. However, we did not receive a refund on our credit card, call Nick back he said his secretary for got to credit the refund and it should be there by Wednesday... Call Nick back, he will not answer our calls. Nonetheless, we did not get the refund and had to have our bank go after Nick and his business... it is still in dispute to this day! Do not purchase anything from this company not reputable scam artist!

I feel disappointed from this site. I will never order a gain and I will not recommend this site
