I advise everyone to try their services and you will not regret it, they didn't let me down ever, the people of this company very helpful. I have been using shipping forwarding services for more than 15 years, tried several companies, and I found USGoBuy is the best so far: free subscription, convenient location of their company with no taxes on purchases, reasonable shipping rates. I hope they continue this approach and do not change it.
I sent a package over two weeks ago through Aramex via usgobuy. Aramex has not received it but usgobuy says it was delivered to them via FedEx. I'm not even sure why FedEx is involved? I've tried to leave messages but get no help. There is no way to call this company and I just keep getting the same response which is that it was delivered to Aramex. I'm going to have to file a claim I guess. ***UPDATE I eventually received my package about 5 weeks after I sent it. Too late for what I needed it for. There were a couple of weeks where it was off the radar entirely. USGobuy did reach out and offer 18.00 AFTER I posted this review and asked me to take it down. I know that when there are multiple carriers involved there is bound to be an issue at some point and I understand that but they kept putting it on Aramex and asking me to find out from them which was very difficult as I could not get a human directly. I feel like it is their job to do all the leg work to find a missing package. I'm very happy that I eventually recieved it as it was an expensive give that I could only get in the US. Still on the fence as to whether I will use them again.

I have used USGoBuy twice so far and I live in Malaysia. What I am most impressed is two things: 1) that they really tried and fit all my packages into one box without wasting any unnecessary space. 2) after my shipment is received, if there are any refund due to lesser custom tax, for example, UsGoBuy will automatically refund me. The refund can be cashed out or keep in their USGoBuy wallet - my choice. Highly recommended.

You have 60 days storage with no fees, when consolidating packages the team does it best to reduce to total weight whilst well protecting the goods, all the packaging arrived in a perfect state.

I gave 4 stars as the website is not intuitive enough and makes feel insecure, other than that I am finding this freight forwarder USGObuy extremely reliable, economical and trustworthy. I've shipped several times to Australia and I have never had a communication issue unlike MyUS, who are very combative in my experience (probably a bigger merchant). If you have a question their customer service has always satisfied my query. All the above could change of course but I've been using them for close to a year and I will continue to do so based on precedent.

After spending a long time looking for the best forwarding service to use, I ended up choosing USGoBuy eventually. They're in Oregon, so there's no sales tax. They offer the best shipping cost to my country, and they also have cheaper shipping methods that I couldn't find anywhere else, which made me save a lot of money. They ship very fast and are very reliable. I received my packages exactly as expected. I've been using USGoBuy reship services on several occasions. So far my experience with them is very good, including communicating with their CS, which was quick to respond.
I only recommend avoiding the two least expensive regular (non-express) DHL shipping methods as using these may result in excessive delay and even return of your shipment. This happened to one of my shipments and I lost the shipping fee that I paid, however USGoBuy offered me a store credit that covered half of my losses even though it was not their fault.
Their prices are the best around, and their warehouse is located in Oregon so you save a buttload on sales tax.

Been using usgobuy for past year now, just advanced to silver membership after 1K+ spent on shipping. In total only 1 parcel lost (15km from home) and 3 damaged.
