“Buyer Beware”

I ordered a pair of boots that I could not find elsewhere. I never received them. E-mails come back to sender. This is apparently a scam operation as other reviews attest.

Took my money and never got the product. Fake tracking number and no contact info. Prices are too good to be true because THEY ARE

To whom it may concern: I hope that I am not writing this review prematurely but in the event that I am I will write another review to correct my mistake. I was looking for a new wheel set for my bicycle that I damaged the other day. Those of you who are bike riders know that you can't stay off your bike for too long. Anyway Amazon wanted over $400.00 for a set that I liked, which is not really a lot of money comparatively speaking when it comes to good set of carbon fiber wheels. But this company (USTJOGJAR) offers the same exact set for $98.00 bucks. So without thinking I jumped on it. I paid for it through paypal and it has been 24 hours and I have no received a confirmation email or anything from the company. This was the first indication that something is wrong, oh by way, needless to say but they have already withdrawn my money. The 2nd indication is that I got an email through Paypal stating that my order has been shipped and they sent me a tracking number from USPS. I searched the tracking number and it states that my order has been delivered on 6/23/20, Keep in mind that I ordered the product on 7/15/20. I got back on their website to try to call them but they have no contact phone number just an email address. So I emailed them and you guessed it, no response. So I believe I have been officially scammed out of a $100.00, I should have known that those prices were just too cheap to be real. But if I can help someone else from being scammed from the website "USTJOGJAR" it would be worth it. Again I hope that I am wrong and they make good on the transaction of sending me my wheels or refunding me my money.

To any and all readers interested in purchasing items from ustjogjar.com or any online merchant associated with the address *******@aipeck.com, you have been forewarned that they are ALL scam sites and you will go through quite the battle trying to get your money back.
Anyhow, I was searching for a particular item to replace one that had broken several years ago. I had not been able to find it for a reasonable price for the last two years- I had searched EBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc, and no luck- well on July 10th, 2020, I found it on a website called ustjogjar.com. Imagine first being excited, and thinking "Hey, great deal and here in the U. S? Too good to be the true!" That last line is an understatement. Too true proved to be accurate, but you know what they say about hindsight? Exactly!
Back to the story, I placed an order for 4 of the item from this website on July 11,2020, and I received an email after registering with the hope that if things were successful, I may purchase more in the future. The email was from *******@aipeck.com, claiming to be a site admin, and confirming my order. Red flag # 1.
I discovered that the payment went through successfully on July 12,2020 without complication. Over a week had passed, I received no further information, I received no package, so I checked Paypal on July 20th, 2020. The transaction i.d. came with a shipping tracking number that was alarming, so I contacted the seller and website admin email (*******@aipeck.com) on July 20,2020 and informed them that I have not received my order. There had also not been any real update in regards to the shipping of my order, aside from me receiving false shipment tracking information. I contacted that email address, opened a PayPal case against the seller, and Neither have responded. There is no customer service number and only a hotmail address related to the website if you have any issues. COMPLETELY SHADY! In hindsight, had I known, I swear I would not have-- but as I said, hindsight, right?
According to the transaction number and information, the seller sent me a fake tracking number, it is not a real tracking number. I placed my order on July 11,2020, but the tracking number sent to me by the seller shows an item sent on June 26th, 2020 and delivered on June 30th, 2020. To a completely different address in a completely different state (Pennsylvania from Ohio). All of my information clearly has me logging in from Missouri. The state of the fake tracking number delivery (allegedly from UPS) is in Pennsylvania. I told the seller that I received a fake tracking number and I did not receive any order. The seller will not respond and I believe that I have officially been scammed out of my money. If I placed an order on July 11,2020, how could I receive that order on June 30,2020- TWO WEEKS BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER? And the order being sent to a state hundreds of miles east from my location? I would like a refund at all costs from this scammer. I am currently battling with Paypal and the credit card company to get my money back. PLEASE avoid making the same mistake. I apologize if myself and the previous reviewer are too late, but apparently we are recent victims of this ridiculous scammer nonsense. Thank you

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT trust this website. DO NOT purchase from this website. Steer clear of ANY website associated with the email address *******@aipeck.com. Google the email address and you will find that they operate nearly a dozen reported scam websites- all with no customer service email address nor phone number. Everyone is experiencing the same scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!!!

Products used:
I received nothing but had my money taken.
