US Turf & Snow

After signing a contract for snow removal this year, I was excited to have our property cleared for a low cost. What a mistake! The first snow of the season came and only our driveway was cleared (not well even!), and the sidewalks which we paid extra for were ignored. After calling and calling, we were told by Joann that she would send someone out to clear the walks. It never happened. After that, the next two snows came and no one cleared the property. Calls and emails were ignored, but a bill for three clearings came. After we didn't pay the bill, Joann was quick to send a late notice to us. When we called to complain, she said we would still have to pay for at least one snow removal even though it was 'half-assed job'. Ridiculous We have asked to speak with the owner, never heard from him. The website is very sketchy. Joann is extremely rude. Keep your sanity and find someone else to plow your driveway.
