This company is a disgrace. I was with them for three years and they gave me nothing but problems. Every year, after promptly paying their online invoice, I would be pestered by overdue notices and threats of termination. These took interminable correspondence to resolve; and it never was properly sorted out. Finally, after paying the last bill through PayPal (I received a receipt from them), I found that I had been debited the same amount three times. Still receiving overdue notices and threats of termination. Then, I found that FTP access was denied and every email attempt to contact Uswebhosting was returned as spam. I have had to pay Nominet 12GBP to get my domain transferred to another registrar and Uswebhosting have charged me nearly 70GBP for the worst online non-service I have ever experienced, a lot of stress and anxiety - and the virtual destruction of my precious website. Don't
The most unresponsive customer service I have ever encountered. This outfit promised on multiple occasions to simply answer a question about domain renewal and after 2 Weeks have yet to answer. They do respond to say that they received my request and that someone would be getting back to me with details. This never happens.
There have been multiple issues with USWebhosting before this, the most serious of these being a couple of 24 hour server outages, but for me their lack of customer service is absolutely infuriating.
