UT Physicians

I want to add to my past review about The University of Texas Physicians and their incomprehensibly incompetent and litigious "doctor", Michael Greaser.
There is a straight line that can be drawn from this hack, Michael Greaser, and his enabling bosses, Walter Lowe at UTP and David Callender at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
You see, when you are just an incompetent and dishonest employee like Michael Greaser, and your bosses like Lowe and Callender not only enable it, but they encourage it and enjoy it, what you get are two simply awful and inhumane healthcare organizations like UTP and Memorial Hermann that actually employ more lawyers than doctors.
PLEASE do not allow yourself to become their next VICTIM. There are tons of great doctors and hospitals in Houston and Texas. Michael Greaser and Memorial Hermann are NONE of them. I implore you to protect yourself from this third-world, destructive culture.

I have never been in a doctor's office that was so rude so uncompassionate,so arrogant. I would think twice before I allowed any doctor with UT physicians to take care of you. I think you could be dying on the street and if it wasn't in their time frame they'd let you die.

Find better that truly cares and listens to their patients. Hubby has brain cancer she did nothing!

I am a diabetic who hasn't seen a pediatrist in almost almost 9 mo. I made my first appointment in November but wasn't able to get in till the following year.
They had me charge my appointment for a latter date 1 month later. New office or something. Don't remember.
Anyway. Yesterday I get a call asking if I would AGAIN CHANGE my appointment. Didn't even wait for when. I refused. So the. Today I had my appointment at 9:10. My appointed ride. Showed up with no warning. Earlier than they were supposed too. So I left without my wallet and my full hot coffee. Sitting on the coffee table.
Sat in rush hour traffic for an hr. To be REFUSED SERVICE! For not having my copay of a lousy $20. They even asked the manager if they would make an exception and she came back out say. NO SORRY we need the money to treat you. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE. Have I ever been refused treatment. For not having a copay. Been told. Countless times. To get us next time or send it in asap and I do. Every time!
These so called "wellness doctors". Only care your wellness. If you can pay them at the time of service. No matter what the reason was.
I will NEVER go back to them again! I have requested a referral to a doctor who trust their parents. To their word. That they will pay the copay on my chart, because they forgot their wallet. Wellness my $#*!!
You lost a good patient. Who always paid his bills. Find a different doctor. This one doesn't deserve our hard earned money!

I have been to different locations around 5 times in total in just 5 months. They say they share the same system, but every time I go to see a doctor, even at the same location, they say they never received my insurance. They tell me to give it to them each time and the same with my first time new patient forms. I complained to corporate and nothing was done. Corporate, the second time, said it is policy whereas the admin assistants at the Cinco Ranch location said they keep losing it and it is corporate's fault because they do not give the supplies to organized and keep up with stuff. Corporate is full of excuses where as the Cinco Ranch admins admit to losing it. Each time I go to any location they "guarantee" they will put it in file so I will not have to supply it again. Yeah not much of a guarantee! For all I know, they could be letting people get my information who are not a part of UT Physicians and be breaking HIPPA laws. Dangerous hands! Unprofessional and full of excuses "professionals." Stay away unless you want to pick up after them and risk your information being public!
