“3 day 2 night scam”

It was very difficult to figure out how to book this thing. You have to go to the contacts tab and scroll all the way down to write what you want. Someone did e-mail me and quoted me 519 for 2 nights in ocean city for a hotel I can book for less via booking.com for the same weekend. They told me this includes the voucher I had paid for and to book, they will need to charge my credit card 519. What bull is that? Why am I buying (paid $44) a voucher that entitles me to 3 days 2 nights hotel in any u.s. city to end up paying more than what I would have paid on any website on line? I expected fees and taxes which I'm okay with. But the 519 did not even include that. There is no phone number to call or anything! RIDICULOUS!

Well, I bought their -3-days2-nights-airfare-credit-or-dinner-in-any-u-s-city offer thru ncrowd on 9/1/14. I immediately went to the site to redeem, and make my reservation. They said, it would take about 7 days to hear from them. It was 10. Then the hotel they found for me was 151 miles away from where I was going. I sent them an unacceptable email. They, responded back in another week with options that would cost me $668 or $350 more. I sent them back another email & gave them the names of 8 places in the city I was going to, and they did not respond. Over a month later I requested that my money be refunded. No response from travel people. Ncrowd said that they only refund money within 7 days of purchase. Sorry. I should contact the vacation site and ask for the restaurant voucher and the grocery voucher. No, response. I contacted my credit card company to dispute charge, and they looked into it and said the company was only in certain cities, it could not do that, but did put thru a conference call with someone, at the company and we were instantly cut off. I then sent a note to ncrowd to do the right thing and return my money, or I was contacting the attorney general in NYS. She finally gave me a credit for the $$ To use at ncrowd. I think this was/is a scam, and I should have known better. I would not deal with them.

Wish I could give no stars! I also bought the voucher for 2 nights 3 days. Tried booking occasions, but I was always able to find a room at a better price so I kept trying over the course of a year. Finally, was going back and forth with an agent for the last month for a stay cation the last weekend of the month. I would put me request in and not hear back until midnight via email. The next morning I would respond asking to book one of the places that was quoted. Again, no email until midnight that evening, now stating that the room is no longer available. I then ask for more quotes. I also ask if there is any other means of communication to expedite this. The agent never even acknowledged my question. Finally, got a quote the I stated I could get it for $80 less. The site states that if you can get it cheaper they would extend your voucher. I then asked to extend the voucher and also attached my reservation showing that it was cheaper. A supervisor then got back with me stating that sine my original voucher had expired this month and I didn't ask to extend it before it expired, there is nothing that they can do. If it didn't take me an entire month try and make a simple reservation, that would not have happened.
This company is absolutely horrible! Please save your money and book your own rooms. Lost out on $50 and learned a lesson. Don't do the same.

Same complaints as the previous review. DO NOT BUY!
They have so many rules before you receive a reservation. You have to wait certain amount of days before they contact you. After 2 months, i contacted them. I missed my travels last year because of their delay tactics.
This year, since i finally have the direct e-mail from a travel representative (no phone), i e-mailed her directly. I received a quote for a different city! And the price was like $1300. What happened to the $25-$75 average per night?
I then requested something close, at at waterpark. The price they gave me was the SAME price that the waterpark was charging on the website. When i called the waterpark hotel myself, they were able to give me %10 off, PLUS free continental breakfast for the 2 nights (which costs $15 dollars per person (there are three of us)).
I'm all about deals, but this is not one i would ever do again. I'm actually going to write to BBB and attorney general to let them know about it.
Ncrowd tells me about their 7 day return policy, blah blah blah.
Don't do it!
You will regret!
You will lose sleep because of them!
