The worst translation services I have ever seen in my life. I have hired multiple translation companies, but I have never had such a bad experience. They have all these sales executives working with fake names. There are 2 guys called Alan Morris and Aaron, ( I seriously doubt they hareal names) and I was promised that the translation would be delivered in 2 days. They also promised that if the translation has any errors, they would work with me on rectifying it. However, They couldn't fix their mistakes even after 4 long stressful calls. After explaining to Aaron, that this was borderline harassment and telling them that it was stressful for me to be on multiple calls over such a trivial issue, the only excuses that he could come up in his fake accent were," you are not being professional "this is getting too personal "," I am on the sales team". When I asked him isn't it his job to ensure the quality of the output, he had no answer to that. He also told me not to act smart even though it was him/them who dropped the ball on the client. His final response was for me to seek Whatever remedy I could. So that was that. And They also kept my hard earned money and gave me a useless file. So don't hire them if you want to avoid the hassle. To begin with, the company seemed shady from the start because I was never able to speak to the guy called Vincent Bailey, who gave me a quote over chat. It's always the sales guys who give you all the sales gimmicks in their fake accents to take your money but unable to provide a quality output. They don't seem to have a quality assurance manager or a project manager. They should lose their licenses.
