My husband surprised me with some super hot leather harness and handcuffs. These were a big hit in the bedroom! He said they arrived a couple of days late, but IM IN LOVE!

That is the kindest thing I can say about the company. I placed an order, several weeks ago and now two weeks into it, I have nothing. I have emails they send saying "it's on the way." Yet when I click through the tracking link, or go to track via USPS website, nothing. There is a label created, but no actual tracking. They of course sent the email of "it's on the way" 5 days prior to the actual label being created.
I have tried contacting them, email, phone call, any form of contact, but the only response I get, "it's on the way, its international shipping, its always like this, sorry" with a link referring me back to their shipping policy that says it can take up to 21 business days.
They don't share any of their shipping information policies, refund policies, or any other information with you prior to the sale, but they are sure good about sending out the same link to the same "shipping policies" without actually allowing you to contact.
I've finally had to contact the credit card company to start a fraud process because there has been no response from the company.

Do not even consider using them.

I just had to leave a review for vavana, I've been a long term customer placing over 11 orders over the past few years, but their customer service team has really stepped it up to help me recently. They were incredibly fast to resolve an issue with a missing package providing quick service, kindness and impressive turn around time in getting me my order! They were very responsive via email with around the clock help (even responding to my emails at 10 PM) to get my order re-shipped. Thank you!
Let's start with the fact that I had the company ship to to me twice because the first time they messed up my address and it got shipped back to Hong Kong. Then the second time they messed it up again but I was able to reroute it to a postal office for pick up. Once it finally came, and I'm talking after a full 2 month wait, it is so cheaply made. Vegan leather my $#*!. It's SO tight. I'm not a twig but I have a small waist and I have to have it on the most loose setting for each buckle and we got some serious muffin hips happening. The wrist cuffs are even worse than the harness itself. Way too over priced for what I got and their customer service was absolutely terrible. Would never recommend this to a friend, honestly. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

The point of this ‘shop' is for people to order and once the product comes the items will be too small! Their largest size is pretty much an XXXS. You won't be able to get a refund because they're policy is put in place so that once you receive the product you cannot return or exchange. Save yourself $200+ and shop somewhere else - you will thank me in the long run. The items themselves are shipped from china as well, pretty much an overpriced WISH except WISH will actually refund you.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

My best friend told me about this website. After seeing some of the stuff on her I decided to try it. Ordered a white dress. Although it arrived a few days later than anticipated the dress is perfect. The color is vibrant and the fit is perfect. I normally wear a 12 in jeans and ordered a M in this dress. Not super tight through the chest and arm holes, and the flare at the bottom is super flattering for someone with bigger hips like myself. Breathable and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I want one in every color!
Ordered from of their intimates for a photoshoot. Usually I'm an xs or a small. I got a size small and it fits well. The bra & underwear straps are really stretchy and a little baggy when I lay down. Overall this set is perfect for photos and cute and pretty comfortable if you're looking for something to take photos in.
Love the designs but the fabrics are all cheap and the products are far from well made. I ordered about 6 pieces and it took over two months to get to me. It was one arbitrary piece after the other over that time. If you want to send anything back, it's on your dime and it's expensive. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
I saw some bad reviews here, so I was a little skeptical. After i saw them I emailed the company and they got back to be within a couple hours. They assured me everything was in order and that the reviews are from people frustrated with delayed shipments due to covid. A week later everything arrived and couldn't be happier. I will be ordering again.
During these times of covid - I can't tell you how most retailers takes months to refund you - but not VAVANA - not only was their customer service incredible - they were kind - did the refund within 24 hours - because of their great customer service - as opposed to many other major retailers!
Absolutely terrible customer service team. Never respond. Over 4 months I waited for my package to arrive, and when it did arrive it was terrible quality. It was from ALI EXPRESS (not even Vavana) so they obviously purchased it from them and sold it as their own.
It states on their website after 35 business days if your item has not arrived you are entitled to a full refund. 4 months later still waiting for my refund. The item I received (which I paid over $80USD for by the way) was damaged and had burn marks on the side of the item like it caught fire somewhere.
Trust the reviews you see about Vavana online and DO NOT purchase from them.
I ordered some items from the intimates collection for my birthday. My boyfriend and loved everything. Will for sure order again.
AWFUL DO NOT BUY! Order still pending fulfillment placed in beginning Jan. Lacks customer service support. Refuses refund. Took over a mth. For reply. Still haven't corrected or fulfilled my order placed in Jan.

It's been three weeks since I placed my order and I have not received it. I have tried emailing and sending a message on instagram and they will not respond to me. Will be reporting as a scam if I do not hear back soon. Would not recommend purchasing from this site and I definitely will not purchase anything from here again.
First off. Shipping is slower than slow. Apparently the company is overseas. It took 3 weeks to get the first of 3 items order. We opened the first, and definitely disappointed in the quality but the bigger issue was that the "small" would basically fit two of my wives in. I don't know on what planet their "small" is small but be warned. She never even tried it on. But then I was told I cannot return it because of "hygiene issues." I get it, but it was never even tried. And! I have two more items coming that I cannot stop and they won't take back.

I bought an item in November, 2020. It is now June 9th 2021 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEM after countless emails. They will not give me my money back and will not give me another item and back in January said that they'd sent another item and then stopped replying to my emails. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
