They advertised a product one way then send cheap crap! Even after I sent the merchandise back, they kept my money. SCAMMERS

This was the worst experience I've ever had buying online. It took 6 weeks to get. The item was poorly made and not as described/pictured. To return an item you have to call and get the address - it's not on the website. FYIThe address included in the packaging material is not the return address.

I loved the product, I buy from vavaspace recently. I will buy from them again. They have very stylish and broad range of products.

I received my jacket after almost 2 months! The quality was very poor, so I returned it according to their specifications. When I enquired about my refund, once they had received the product back, they asked for a transaction ID that I'd never been sent and which wasn't required in order for me to send the product back to them. Now they have both the product and my money and refuse to refund my money! Plus, their website has been closed down, so I can't go to my account and retrieve this so called transaction ID number. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
