Where do i start with this company. It started with them lying about the shipment date and providing me with a incorrect/false Bill of lading number. Peter Gao insisted that item had shipped and provided me with an URL which could not even pull up any info with BL number he provided. It took me persistently insisting that info was untrue until he finally admitted that item was still in China. Instead of receiving the item in 30-40 days. It took me 4 MONTHS to receive the item. To add insult to injury when the item arrived their counterpart at the local part was asking for a "transshipment" fee. Instead of Paul Gao communicating with them directly to inform them that i had paid all shipment fee, he purposely avoided dealing with them and insisted that I get an invoice from them first. After I finally got this from HIS COUNTERPARTS, he had the nerve to tell me that this was not a "transshipment" fee but their local charges. Though the invoice clearly stated that this was for a transshipment fee. This delayed the clearing process for several days until I was so sick and tired of dealing with Peter Gao that I paid for these trumped up charges and received my item. My advice to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy supplier STAY AWAY FROM Nanchang Litian Engineering Machinery Co.
