Didn't received Expected and committed results as communicated before payment. If we are looking for help and getting in touch with the Detective firm it's their duty to figure out the things as per their ownership and a part of the duty. They have asked me to share the details as such doing spoon-feeding. If being a customer I will provide all details they whats need to hiring or seeking help from this kind of detective firm.

They deal and work like childish n totally unprofessional. It's my strong recommendation not to hire this firm or else u will be end up with frustration and fake hope. At the end you will lose money and time.

Complete fraud company. They will continuously call you with long promises only till you make the payment. After that you will not get any update or progress. They use abusive language with clients, if things don`t work in their favour and also give death threats. Even normal people have better detective skills than this professional agency, they will do nothing after taking your money, just occasionally send you building photos which make no sense to your issue. Extremely poor support or working team. Would never recommend. It is better to throw money in the gutter than giving this bunch of unprofessional thugs.

I looked for many agencies and find Venus Detective. With excellent team members, I was able to get all the information about my husband's affair and they gave all the information. During entire service Rupa didn't fail to pick up my calls to solve my problems. In her responses to my queries, she was always kind and patient and responded -actively. I just had to give it 1 star out of compulsion.it doesn't deserve this truly. This is 10k worth review I assure. This is a fraud company. I just had a look at the company's profile & was quite impressed seeing an all woman organization as they mentioned, being a woman myself wanted to support them. I gave them pre marital enquiry for a boy. Just 2 days later there was covid lockdown nationwide. I asked them if they were still working. They said no which is fair., so thought let's wait for the lockdown to be revoked. They resumed their work in lockdown phase 3 they said. I asked for update again. No updates, no replies and I called finally after 2 weeks to return the money back. Instead of giving an explanation update, this lady fumed. She just started shouting that she can't return the money & I can do whatever I want to. This is the customer satisfaction you get for 10k. So guys of you are rich enough & want to waste money then go ahead. Want to save some people who may read this. They are thugs not detectives

It's been more than 7 years since I got married to my husband, and he is very caring and lovable but from the last 6 months, there was a change in my husband's behavior. Just after getting the money, their attitude changed and they stopped receiving my calls. Then I further researched about this company and came to know that this is a company owned by criminals and the owners of this company, Miss Akriti, Khatri and Pankaj Jha have been arrested by Delhi police under section 420,409,464 and 120 B for Cheating and criminal conspiracy. The case had been registered wide FIR number 0569 DATED AUGUST 8,2022 with Samaypur Badli police station of Delhi. They remained in jail for five months and are now out on bail.

My further research concluded that the owner of this company also owns other companies to fool clients. These company's are FemaleDetectiveagency.com and missdetective.com.

She is making a fool of all the clients under these brand names. They give five star ratings to themselves after each negative rating just to gain the trust of their innocent clients.

I have been fooled by this company, but expect everyone reading this review to protect themselves of these thieves.
