HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY BLOCK YOUR CARD AND FACEBOOK. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR MESSAGE OR EMAIL. THE BUSES ARE DIRTY, LATE AND DANGEROUS. THESE CUBAN PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK. ACCORDING TO WEBSITE WHICH SERVICE IS IN CUBA BUT OFFICE IN MADRID. VERY VERY STRANGE. SOMETHING VERY ILLEGAL HERE. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM.
Dont make a mistake, because if you try to go back it wipes what you've input. If you input your lengthy customer data to use again, it will only remember half of it and want you to add in again, eg passport number, telephone number all over again. It offers a list of hundreds of country phone codes with no ability to type in the one you want, you have to scroll through them all.
