Terrible wasted 2k, not even a year old and needs renewing Bought a entire bathroom from them, over 2k wasted, great at the beginning, first problem discovered was the shower screen is useless, and just leaks due to the way they designed it has a massive hole for water to drain outside the bath rather keeping the water inside the bath. But within 3 months the first major problem occurred, faulty shower head, begins to bend on the top, within another month, bath mechanism breaks, within the next 2 months, toilet flush mechanism goes faulty. Then the entire mixer shower goes faulty. Now its just coming upto one year, every panel of wood has cracks, not small cracks the cracks are growing day by day. Am seriously debating if to bin the lot, and buy from another proper diy store. Do not recommend this store to anyone, save your money and buy elsewhere. If you try to leave bad reviews on there site, they filter them and do not publish them

Told item was out of stock, due in stock 12 March. On 12 March told would be in stock 14 March. On 14 March told it would be another five weeks - 19 April - before stock would become available. Having had to put off plumber already, naturally I cancelled the order. What particularly incensed me is that they had charged my credit card as soon as the order was placed on 28 February - which is only one step away from fraudulent. As I am still awaiting a refund nearly a month after placing the order, I am now taking steps through the Small Claims Court to recover the amount. I am also making a formal complaint to Hull Trading Standards about Victoria Plumb's trading practices.
Victoria plumb sell bathroom furniture. Loos sinks etc. I ordered from them, spent a fortune and they treated me terribly. By mistake I ordered the wrong set, because the site confused me. They then said that it would cost me hundreds more to correct the mistake and they were not prepared to help me. They do not seem to care about their customers and are totally unflexible. I was horrified and thought I sould let the pubic know. Just incase you are thinking about buying one of their bathrooms DONT!
