Well, there are a few very good things here, that makes me give a high rate 1. I didn't see any hidden fee, everything is pretty clear 2. There's a free protection app which is a big plus too 3. I used a coupon for a 30% discount and end up with a very nice final price Just one thing I didn't like was the very long process of the purchase, but maybe there can not be any shorter version of this process, so it's fine.

Even though you guys have a lot of questions answered in your FAQs, it is tough to follow all those links. I feel you should have a YouTube channel with professional videos teaching how to use all the different settings, like AWS. There is plenty of information and courses on how to use AWS, which makes it so much easier to use them for big projects, unlike regular hosting service providers. Conclusion: Horrible user experience

I purchased a bathroom suite from VP and had it installed a couple of months later. Only to find the plastic coating was faulty and the bath started to leak through into my kitchen. This was at the start of lockdown and I contacted Victoria plumbing explaining the problem and needed a quick solution as I am a staff nurse working at the time on covid wards and hygiene was imperative. Cut a long story short I did not get sorted with my complaint for almost 2 months. Had to use a bucket under the bath and have to quickest wash possible. At one point they told me I had to send the old bath back leaving me without a bath/shower. I was utterly disgusted at this time how they were happy to let anyone do without bathing facilities let alone a key worker working in a high risk area. In the end I had to go through the trade department to try and get support from someone else who was great and did solve my problem. I inspected the new bath on arrival inside and it looked to be intact. Only to find when my plumber came to install it, the top edge around the bath had deep scratches. I immediately emailed VP that was 6 days ago and I'm still waiting for any reply. I had to have the bath put in as I'd messed the plumber around so much because of VP and of course I needed a bath.
I would never use Victoria plumbing again and would not advise anyone else to. I myself became ill through this complaint with covid and VP still did not care even after I explained how much I needed this resolving so I could and protect my family through this pandemic. My body was in extreme pain and I wished I could soak in the bath to help relieve the pain but I could not courtesy of VP. I was not going to write this review as the last adviser was very good but they have again not answered my email.

Placed an order for just over seven hundred pounds and received an email to confirm my order and delivery date of 10 days. After ten days tried to chase my order all phone lines down and no reply to over ten emails sent. I have now over three weeks later from original delivery date request a full refund with no confirmation or reply to my request. I am going to start small claims to get my money back through the courts. This firm spends a lot of money on TV adverts, maybe they should be spending it on customer relations and better staff.
Please avoid this company at all costs and use a local supplier as I had to, and I saved just under one hundred pounds for the same items and got all items ordered delivered next day.
