My ps4 broke while i was in quarantine and I was looking all over to get it fixed. I finally found video game 911 and they had reasonable prices but what impressed me most was the turnaround. I shipped my ps4 to them on a tuesday and got it back working perfect on saturday. Outstanding place!

What a waste of money trying to get a PS3 repaired. Sent it to them, got it back still didn't work. Sent it the second time, still not working. Waste of money with the repairs and shipping. Took it to another technician, not repairable. They kept telling me it was my data. Yeah okay.

When I dropped my Pikachu 2DS XL I was absolutely devastated when I saw the top screen was completely black. I played that thing every day and it was suddenly gone in an instant. I was in a state of panic looking for a place to get it repaired, especially since you can't buy them for a reasonable price new anymore. I then stumbled upon Video Game 911 online and saw the good reviews, so I shipped my precious baby to them from Michigan to New Jersey. I was so anxious the whole time fearing the worst and regretting not trying to find a more local place. The fear of them stealing my money and my DS was at the forefront of my mind the entire time. When I looked up the tracking number and saw that my package was delivered two days prior I was scared that my fears were right since I got no email update from them whatsoever. Trying to keep my hopes up I messaged them and they promptly responded an hour later that it was going to be under diagnostics that day. I didn't want to message anything further just in case they got annoyed and made me wait even longer, or worse (I'm just an anxious and paranoid person, they didn't really do anything to warrant these fears of mine)! I shipped it on Sep 11th, and got the notification that the analysis was complete on the 19th. After I made my payment that night, I got an email notification that it was being worked on the following morning. Finally, on the 23rd, I got my DS back, and I am so relieved and happy! It might sound stupid, but this thing really means a lot to me, and I am so happy that they were able to fix it with only minimal dents on the front edges (I assume it was from taking the dang thing apart). The stylus had also been kinda loose in the storage slot, and I forgot to take it out before I shipped it, and was happy to see it was still in there and didn't get lost. In retrospect, for the sake of my own sanity, I probably should have looked for a repair place locally, but even after all that stress, I am so happy with how it turned out, even though I am now out 140 sum dollars, which I would have had to spend that to repair it anyway so I'm glad it went to some knowledgable people. In the future, I plan on sending my old Game Boy Advance SP and my Playstation 2 to them for repairs once I have the cash (I am also not apparently as emotionally attached to those items as I am to my Pikachu 2DS XL) because they are certainly a reliable company that can fix them. Also, can women's pants just have bigger pockets, please? None of this would have happened if that was just a thing.

This is a great company. They shipped quickly, and they responded to my inquiries fast. My order had some technical issues and they were very clear about the issues and even called me to make sure I was aware and on the same page. Very kind people and very reasonably priced. Even though system repairs can be expensive, they absolutely do their best to make sure you are taken care of without charging too much. Excellent option if your system is having problems, you can trust them.

This business is amazing. I bring all of my devices here and these guys always keep me updated on the status of my order. I never have to worry about one of my old consoles collecting dust since I can count on these guys to get it up and running for me in a reasonable time-frame and great price. Highly suggest this business.

My PS4's HDMI port had been damaged and I decided to give these guys a shot. From the start, they were very knowledgable about the issue and a pleasure to work with. Their communication was A+, responding to all my questions quickly with very thorough explanations as to what needed to be done. Their prices were very fair. The repair was completled quickly and I was back to gaming in just a few days after sending in my console. For those looking to get their console repaired, I highly recommend using Video Game 911 for all your console repair needs.

Videogame911 was a fantastic experience. They undoubtably live up to their claims of being one of the best video game console repair companies on the internet. I'd like to talk about some of the best parts of my experience:

1. Great customer service. One of the extremely impressive parts of Videogame911's website interface was the fact that after placing an order, you are able to send messages to you designated technician at any time. After sending a message, in just a few hours you are given an extremely clear and informative response. Any inquiries I had were answered promptly and completely, and that is a great quality for online companies.

2. Fantastic repair quality. After sending in my son's 3DS, I was a little worried on whether or not I'd be able to get him his console back within a fair time frame. However, I was pleasantly surprised. After sending my device in, receiving an extremely fair quote, and completing my purchase, my console was immediately set for repair. Within 2 days of sending my device into Videogame911, I was able to get a masterfully repaired product back, and with no complaints at all on the repair quality end.

Overall, I couldn't recommend this company for your console repair enough. Because of their fantastic communication system, you are able to contact a real human being at any time. There's nothing worse than repair companies who just send you default computerized responses any time you have a question, and that's really what makes Videogame911 an amazing company. Their great communication, along with their expert repair work and efficiency, is what makes Videogame911 the best choice for your console's repair.

I purchased the prepaid protection plan. The first tracking number was wrong and for some else order. The second one the post office verified a label was issued but they never sent the package. Finally after 9 days I told them I wanted my money back. They refused to refund me because the said they had already sent the prepay package. Funny that after I asked for a for a refund at 11 am the post office received the prepay at noon that day, an hour after I ask for my money back. Really POOR customer service. The worst...

Your order was regarding a total protection pre-paid packaging option to ship us your Atari console for repair services. Customer issue is that it never reached its destination. The Total Protection package was purchased and shipped on August 26th. We have confirmed that there was an issue with the shipment, and it was never scanned.
We accept responsibility that initially, your order was mistakenly provided with the incorrect tracking number. This had no bearing on the lost shipment, since your box still had the correct tracking label attached. After some time passing where the package was still never delivered, you contacted us to advise us and for us to help you get the issue resolved. This was Yesterday 9/3 at 5:44 PM which is right before we close. We informed you we would need until the next day for us to help you further. The next day our manager approved a new Total Protection package with a new tracking number, for no additional charge which we updated you with the new number at 11:41 AM and USPS picked up the package from our facility at 12:00 PM.

As per our conversation over live chat on 9/3/2019 we offered to email the return shipping label to you in order to speed up the process, or wait until the next day for a different solution. You replied after business hours (6:25 PM) agreeing, and also inquiring about sending in additional items with your Atari Console. You later rescinded and told us that you would just send the console (8:25 PM After Hours). The next response we received from you was at 11:37 AM on 9/4/2019 again, asking for an update and answers. We replied that we did ship out a new total protection box to you to resolve the issue, with a whole new tracking label.

It seems at this point you had changed your mind completely regarding how you wanted the order to be handled. We received a chat from you at 11:59 AM that you were requesting a refund for the service. At that point the package has been picked up 1 minute later by the post office, and the label printed almost 20 minutes prior. We have different departments for shipping and customer service, and there was no way to stop the shipment in that time frame upon receiving your request. It is important to us that we both agree on the transpired events, there was no time to reverse the shipment in the 1 minute time frame between you asking for the refund, to USPS picking up the package. Hours prior you still were intending to ship in the console, however we were closed at the time of your response, and your next response came in at the last second with your mind changed.

We sincerely apologize for any delays or issues with the shipment. We have responded and sent a replacement free of charge. We are still interested in helping you further with repairing your console, since the box is on its way to you and your order is still active. We will have someone contact you by phone to confirm our desire to assist you further by offering you additional services once the item arrives for repair.
