These are cheap knockoffs and terrible customer service! The website claims "cotton blend" but the dresses were 100% polyester. The worst feel, terrible cuts, completely unwearable. When I contacted them for a refund, they offered me $15 on my $118 ticket. I've now had several emails back and forth and they are unwilling to refund me my purchase. Don't be scammed by this company!

Vinkis sent me a false guide number and told me they had shipped my order. 2 months later I still haven't received anything and when I contact them, they say the items arrived in US a month ago (not true as the guide number says they never delivered the package to USPS). Now trying to resolve the issue through PayPal, I can't believe they support SCAM websites like Vinkis and their partner IndieFit. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This place is a total scam. I ordered my clothes on July 10th, and never received notice they had shipped the items. I reached out to check in early August, and they told me the items still had not shipped. I then asked for a refund since the items had not shipped, but they refused to refund me. When I received my items 2 days ago they were WAY too small and made with some cheap disgusting material. Not as described on the website or the photos. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a dress from them on 8-18-20. I decided to cancel the order 20 minutes afterwards. Their cancelation policy states that you have 24 hours to cancel an order unless the item has already shipped. After following the process, I received an email from them about 15 minutes later stating that it was too late, the dress had already shipped and that if I really didn't want it, I could refuse to sign for it and then they would refund my money. I did not get an email stating the item has shipped until today, 8-20. The tracking number goes to a USPS site, which says that they have not received the item, check back later. I am disputing the charge with my bank and putting a stop payment so that they hopefully cannot charge my card again.

I bought a few dresses and when they came, they were all made out of what I can only describe as "cheap tablecloth material." They're so janky that there aren't even tags inside. One item even came with a stain and they refused to accept a return. I knew they seemed a little eh and ordering was something of a risk, but did not anticipate how bad it would be. DO NOT ORDER.

The garment I received is nothing like the garment shown and described on their website. First of all, the measurements are at least 5 inches too small, 40 inches instead of the 45 inches in the size guide. This is way more than just a little variance - it is significant - and FAR from being comfy and roomy as shown in the photos.

Then, the fabric is a cheap poly blend - and not what is clearly a higher quality linen, as shown in the photos. Basically, the only way in which the end product that I received is like the photos is in the color and that it resembles an overalls jumpsuit. Clearly this business is making cheap copies of some other manufacturer's better quality garments. Or they're making ONE high quality garment for the website photos (to hook potential buyers), and then mass manufacturing cheap, low quality garments in their sweatshop factories in Vietnam and
The Philippines (locations according to their website) probably for pennies on the dollar to send out to the paying customers. Either way, it's a scam operation.

I contacted the vendor and they are refusing to accept a return or give a refund. In doing online research to find a physical address (which can't be found, by the way) to use in making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau - I discovered many, many almost identical complaints/reviews from other scammed customers.
I am attached photos of the item on the website, as well as what I received. I am only requesting a refund for the cost (plus shipping) of this item in the order - not the entire amount. I think that is reasonable.

I ordered 3 dresses, one of which fit, but I swim in it so only wear around the house. The other 2 dresses are the same size (XL) but the top part is very tight; not sure what body type these dresses are made for but the proportions are way off. And to boot, they do not accept returns for fit issues which is always a big red flag. My bad for not reading all the fine print. The dresses are super cute but they all list "cotton blend" for materials and there isn't one bit of cotton in any of the 3 items I ordered. Nor do they have any tags which makes me think they're paying little children somewhere a penny a day to make them. Stick to Zulilly for decent quality, inexpensive things. At least they make it well known when things are not returnable... and they're inexpensive enough to warrant paying for alterations, so I always order 2 sizes up.

SHAME on me for not doing my due diligence by reading reviews before making a purchase.

HORRIBLE quality. And they DO NOT accept returns, even when the clothing is defective. The latest email response is they'll give me a $10 credit if I keep the clothes without a refund, of course. NO NO NO

Garments are a joke! STAY AWAY and you can not return! Took forever to get and should be going in the trash. I will donate in case someone needs it as a joke to wear.

Cheaply made synthetic materials. Not as described or advertised. No cotton in these as described. Trying to return and they have not responded.

Vinkis charged my card immediately upon ordering and when I didn't receive a shipping notification over 2 weeks later, I contacted them. They initially said one item in my order wasn't ready and to wait a few more days. I asked them which item and when I could expect shipment, but no reply back. The next day I asked them to cancel and refund my order to which their reply was it will only be a few more days. THEN they sent a bogus USPS shipping tracking number. When I told them it was an inaccurate tracking number and demanded a refund a second time, they sent me ANOTHER bogus shipping tracking number for SF-Express international shipping from China. When using that tracking number, it said "customer hasn't paid off related fees". I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge as well as cancel that credit card. Major headache. DO NOT BUY from Vinkis!
