I ordered and paid on 13th May and still not received. I contacted the customer support several times, every time they said we will update you within few days and no contact or response. They did not ship any product and refused to refund me. Totally scammers! Very bad experience!

I would say VIPBrands have a horrendous service response. They are failure to respond for your orders - no decency at all. Not sure if they are Indians or it's group of people running the company.

Don’t buy from them ever !

They are just a disaster in managing customers expectation.
The company used to be good before. 2 years ago things were arriving even if some item were damaged but for the price, it made sense. Bad packaging but again it's cheap. Now the company became really like a scam. You order and never receive the order. You email them and they are like idiots, they have the same answers every time you ask about the items. My order with them for 3 months now and not yet received. I'm not going to order from then any more. There are plenty of companies which are better now and even cheaper

Paid for Product s and until now More than 2 months nothing and nothing at all i didn't receive anything and customer service they have inly one reply we ship it on local shipping company they will call you,
And by the way no refund forget about it. They are scamming peoples.

All products are fake, i bought two perfumes, smell is totally different than the original smell, and submitted a complain but with no response, so i don't recommend it at all
