“This company used to be ok, but the owner Steve has...”

Rebecca H.
3/7/11

This company used to be ok, but the owner Steve has taken full time employment at an unrelated company now, and just coasts off the dues coming in from clients from the past. It took me one full week, and I have all documentation to prove it, to find out what my past due was ($89.) to get my website up and running again. During that week, I sent at least 5 emails, my husband called, I called- to no avail- as a matter of fact, he emailed me at 10pm one night and told me to call his cell teh next day, but that "he probably won't be able to answer it because he is at work". I have emails to back all of this up word for word. Meanwhile, my website remained down. I initially sent a request 7 days ago asking for my login and password so that I could update my billing information - had that been given to me from the start, the site would have been up, they would have been paid, and all would have been fine- but Steve isn't taking care of his customers anymore because this business is just a past time now. He himself told me they are referring new clients to other companies and he doesn't want a lot of customers anymore- just a few close customers- Steve- really nice way to get rid of your customers, make them so angry that they not only leave, but will tell the world abour your lousy company. If you are a customer of Viper Dezigns, I highly recommend you touch base with Steve and see how timely your service is these days...
