I ordered six dresses from VIPme, and although impressed with their quality, the sizes we're all off. I purchased based on the online size chart they provide but every dress was too large. It's a shame their customer service is poor compared to most online stores - very slow to respond, with no easy return system, method of contact or free shipping.

Until they've figured out how to conveniently sell to an American market I won't be returning to them.

I am very satisfied with their products and the quality. The price is very reasonable and it's worth to buy. Their costumer service is excellent and they always respond me back ASAP whenever I contacted them. They have answered all of my inquiries quickly, they also provide free shipping for clothing orders $59+ or accessories orders $29+ which usually takes about 13-15 days to arrive

My order no. **************NHP was placed a 45 days ago and still have not arrived. I wrote to *******@vipme.com and *******@vipme.desk-mail.com more than 15 times and only one time they responded with a tracking no. I checked on DHL site, the tracking said the shipment was shipped back to the shipper! There should be an organization to block these unethical companies soliciting business in the US.

I bought 2 dresses from vipme.com. They arrived just now, i'm very excited to share with my thought as below for your reference.

The shipping is just in time, it's shipped from China and I just choosed the free shipping which is air mail, so 14 day is reasonable.

The product is just as shown on the website, you should trust your eyes. The price is much cheaper than local store and other similar site.

It's a real bargain.

Ive used a number of online stores in the past and honestly not very many are close to the quality of service I got from VIPME. Beautify store packed with good looking and high quality clothes. Their platform is very easy to navigate and theyve got very friendly customer service. Item was delivered as promised, not a second late. The business is so well organized and they really know what it takes to be in the fashion industry. Im so pleased with their service, so Im giving 4 star straight up!

Made many, many purchases, early ones were good, except sizes were sizes for a child'support doll. As all good things come to an end, my lat two orders worth well over $1,000 never arrived even though the site said delivered. Then they suggested I go find the delivery service - one I have never heard of. Of course I refused and told them to credit my AX by tonight - or legal action against them will begin.

I wish to give VIPME 5 stars, but I have to always call them and asked: "why have you not yet shipped my package?", for them to keep telling me, "oh! It will be ship today" and like clock works, that when I get a tracking number notice. In total what should be about 4-5 days, take about 8-9 days, and I shutter to think how long it would take if I didn't call them. To their credit, the clothes are nice and customer service is always pleasant. If their customer services were rude, I would keep it moving

The site is super easy to navigate. Decent selections of clothing and accessories to chose from. And you get a nice bonus $30 coupon for registering with the site. More of a reason why you should give this site a chance. Really quality stuff they have their for the price that you pay. I would recommend it. Item arrived in good condition.

I've never bought a pair of shoes from VIPME that I didn't like. If something didn't fit, they pay for returns and send me a replacement immediately. It is a very organized company, they email me for everything. So I'm never " guessing". I rarely find cheaper prices for my shoes anywhere else if not VIPME. Always have had wonderful experiences with VIPME. They have a great selection! They have a large variety of sizes! I would like to have more company out there with your professionalism and competency.

I order 2 beautiful dresses for my daughter, paid extra for priority shipping. They took their money right away, 2 months later, No Dress, No Response to email. I will probably never get anything. I will be posting all day about this company and reporting them.

UPDATE: I received an email for Vipme, they said that my items were out of stock, 1 came in and they expressed shipped it. The product came a week after the email it was as pictured, I ordered 2 items, only got one, still waiting on reimbursement. Still don't think it's worth it.

Vipme has their sale going on different items and many of them are 30% off or 40% off as well. I was looking for a bag pack since Ill be going back to school soon. I ordered a black shoulder messenger bag pack through their website. However, it took quite a long time to get delivered which was a downside otherwise the bag pack was within my budget.

I ordered a lot of clothing from this site a few weeks ago (couldn't help myself due to the great amount of cute clothing they have) and I recently got them. All of them fit extremely well and they are in great quality! The customer service is great as well; however, I wish the shipping could be faster but overall it's still worth shopping here and I definitely will once I have enough to order another lot of it!

I bought 7 dresses from vipme.com 10 days ago. After I received them, 3 of out 7 did not fit. I tried contacting Vipme using the email *******@vipme.com. I have sent out a total of 6 emails, none were answered. I want to return these dresses but there is no return address. It said to contact Vipme so that they will contact you n tell you where to return your items. I wish there are more things I can do about this. I am helpless and thinking I should report this site
To the us government. They should not be selling anything oversea if they don't follow the Internet rules.

I ordered a casual dress from VIPme.com and I have to say it really makes a woman feel like a VIP. I have seen many negative reviews for the products specially dresses on the website but I consider myself a happy and satisfied customer since the dress fit me perfectly and was of the same material as advertised. Overall I would sum up my review below;

CONS;
*The dress was delivered a little late than it should have reached me. VIP.com could do even better if they improve this aspect of their service.

I placed a huge order of jewelry for 40 items. The shipping was free and was done through airmail. When the items arrived, a few of them were broken. So I contacted their customer service and they responded immediately. They did cater to my needs and managed to help me with this!
