We received the vacuum cleaner and work out machine quickly! The order processed very fast and it only took a couple of days to get here. Thank you so much!
Without any notification they stopped shipment of my coffeemaker (not coffee) as it entered California. I tracked it and noticed that there was a "Delivery Exception" from FedEx. I called and they said the shipper asked to send the coffeemaker back to them. No call no text, no email, but they do still have my money and I have no coffee. I am disputing it with my PayPal account people, but this shouldnt be Prop 65 stuff and if it is then you should be informed. I WANT MY MONEY!... And an apology!

My order was sent to another address, supposedly. Charge was made. I am going to dispute. I called and emailed every day for a week. No reply or answer.
Sent me the WRONG color coffee pot. I had to ask for a label to send back on 5/11/18, they received the returned coffee pot on 5/15/18 at 8:23am and still no credit on my credit card.

I purchased an item from them over a week ago and was charged immediately. Still after one week, no shipping confirmation at all, after several attempts to get shipping info, I still have nothing. I would avoid using this company as you will get nothing.
Easy to order quick delivery with updates about the delivery. The product was as described and I would definitely use them again.

190.00 they said it delivered yesterday and another name who I do not know signed for it and it wasnt me

Ordered crosswave bissel 190 was charged then once shipped tracking said my address but once further inspection address shipped was another state and applied to different name xi chan they are completely scam artists
