I had problems with the program I had that runs all my DJ EQUIPMENT I went to the site looked for solutions and was just frustrated because I could not find an answer to my issue the TECH CHAT SUPPORT ASSISTANT interrupted me and asked me did I need help I explained my issue he took over my computer and solved the issue in a short time and updated me with the VIRTUAL DJ 8 which is the bomb now that is customer service I went to thank him and he was gone. I want VIRTUAL DJ TO KNOW THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL DJS TO USE THEIR SOFTWARE one more point their BPMS are always accurate one of the best DJ COMPANIES IN THE WORLD DJ FEMMIE JACKSON MOBILE/ GLOBAL DJ

If you have problems with the software and then it takes a long time before you get an answer. And then sends a few more emails asking for a response. You get an annoyed person who claims that I create all kinds of tickets while I am not aware of any harm. If you apologize then I won't get an answer yet. Not even when I ask where I can file a complaint.

So much potentail within this program but you need a college degree in programing to simply edit the controller mapping. The manuals are super basic and don't cover a lot of the issues i'm having with the soft ware. The customer service is not very helpful either. They usually just send you a link to the manual that i don't understand. Or they tell you how to do something but then it doesn't work. Ultimately they made it waaaay too complicated for the average dj and the learning curve is very steep.

They will do whatever it takes to get as much $ out of you as possible and when it's an error they won't fix it. I was double charged for months and they said too bad. Worst service ever.

Tip for consumers:
Pay as you go. Don't sign up for auto billing. Or use an account you can transfer money into.

I mentioned to my friend about buying Pro and he had a long talk to me, him being a years long professional, of how many better programs for cheaper there are. I looked into it first, and agree. 300 bucks just for broadcasting feature.

Seeing as it was the same day of purchase, I asked for a refund. Instead, the customer service team tried to get me to stay by saying how amazing their program is and then ARGUING. I am convinced they will continue this until 30 days until I cant get a refund.

If you have to argue for weeks with a customer who just wants a refund to forfeit their license just to keep your money, then your company must not be doing too well. Maybe bring down the price when the top dogs in the business are cheaper than you. It's like a mediocre photoshopped that charges 3 times the cost wondering why people don't want their product.

When I downloaded Virtual DJ, I was very surprised at what you can do with it. I was seriously impressed considering you can use the free version which has EVERYTHING I could possibly need. I was so impressed I decided to get my bank card out to go Pro, it's that good!
However, just before I committed myself, I contacted support via their chat system to clarify an issue I had with the broadcast side of things. The person I, unfortunately, ended up with made me feel stupid and was condescending. SUCH A SHAME! Because of that, I am walking away from going Pro as I am not confident with customer "support" if I ever needed to touch base with them again in the future. FIRST IMPRESSIONS LAST!
These people need to realize that they are only in a job because of their customer base. These people need to realize they are the face of Virtual DJ and are indeed the first people we as customers come into contact with when contacting VDJ.
