I paid the fee to speak with an attorney. After paying the fee, it took forever to finally get the appointment to speak with an attorney. The call was a bunch of BS and they had no idea what they were talking about. I went along and they asked that I email them my paperwork/documents. I did that and they never responded. I tried calling and emailing multiple times and no response. Basically, their business model is to lure you to pay the "attorney" consultation fee. Then they disappear without doing anything productive. Waste of time and money. STAY AWAY.

First of all they never reply. They got my name on my tax file number application wrong so that it was late coming so I couldn't work. Also whilst forwarding my visa to employers, visa bureau had been hacked so that the link to the visa bureau website came up with porn! When told about this ofcourse there was no reply.
Do it all yourself don't waste your money on these idiots!

I applied for a travel visa to Australia on the Australian government website (I had used Visa Bureau the year before but went directly with the government this year) but I made a mistake when entering my passport number on the online application. I sent emails and filled out web form requests for contact but received no response. When I emailed Visa Bureau for help they quickly sorted out the problem for me and for no charge. I will definitely use them again next year

I contacted visa bureau for some advice on moving to Australia and although I don't quite qualify they have been extremely helpful in giving me advice on what I need to do next. I emailed them on Saturday and I had a response the following day so I haven't had to wait around for answers. I would recommend them as a good starting point for some advice.

Requested a review on their free form, promptly got contacted by an agent with a £6000 quote for a visa what cost AUD 2400. Since I have been through obtaining a different citizenship i know the paperwork it can take and was still open, however when I sent my CV and started to ask mpre information the agent's emails quickly became very uninterested b3cause he realised I need to get a job offer first so he will not get money out of this straight away. I accept the fact that since I don't have a specific qualifications my years of experience in a specialised filed still doesn't seem to be enough but he could let people down politely not with a two short sentences in am email where he doesn't bother to a dress you or sign it off.
Completely unprofessional and obviously money grabbing.

Applying for Australia ETA from Australia gov.au website costs 20 AUD dollars (about 20 US dollars) each person. This website charges 20 UK pounds. I got the link from google, google lists it as the first result when searching "Australia ETA", instead of the official website, I will never trust google again.

One more web-site which charges fees for ESTA entry permissions for the USA when you can do it all on the official ESTA web-site for the basic $USD14 fee - this site wants 15 pounds! It is possible sometimes to attack this through the credit card companies and get a refund but this site seems to have tried to set up its fees in a way which may be defensible if you were taken in by it. Avoid!

Comes across to be the official method of obtaining an electronic Visa to the USA and charges 15 UK pounds for processing.

Applied for visa to Aus. The website is the first google link that comes up related to this so I assumed it was the offical process, especially given the name 'Visa Bureau'. A bit sneaky if you ask me. Paid more money for the visa than if I went through the offical method from the Australian government. They claim this price difference is because they offer help setting up things you'll need in Aus (e.g. TFN, bank account) but once I got here I quickly realised I could've easily done these things myself and saved a lot of money. None of what they offer to do for you is hard to do on your own. They are also slow to respond and the info they provide is often unclear. You never know when and how you will receive any information. When you first pay them they send over lots of different deals 'exclusive to VisaBureau clients' but honestly the savings are minimal and some are just useless. The people are friendly and do seem to want to help, however they come off as disorganised (especially once you arrive in Aus). I am annoyed because I paid all this extra money so would have hoped they would do their ONE job efficiently. I don't know what they are doing at their offices but it's definitely not running a Visa Bureau.

I stupidly forgot to check if my existing visa to Australia was still valid and was stopped from checking in for my flight when it was discovered it wasn't. After a few stressful minutes of googling and filling out online forms on my phone I had a visa in place! Amazing. Thank you Visa Bureau.
