Claim Your BusinessVisible has a rating of 1.38 stars from 4 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Visible ranks 182nd among Mobile Phones sites.
No calls, no texts, dead phone on auto-pay day, when they cut off our service for half the day every month, even though we keep extra money in our account. We only get 1-2 bars, so calls drop constantly, texts can be hours late, streaming is a joke, and internet connection is iffy. Visible never takes responsibility, and won't fix these issues. How is this not fraud? From all the unresolved complaints here and on the BBB, we won't be surprised if things end up in a class-action lawsuit.

Tip for consumers:
Not as advertised.
Subscribers of Verizon's prepaid Visible plan are receiving an email encouraging them to login to their accounts to upgrade (for no additional cost) to the newest network so that they can enjoy "better service."
Here's what Visible customers are experiencing upon following those instructions:
Once logged into the Visible app, a link is there to see the new plans. Upon clicking that link, the customer is taken to an error page as shown here in the attachment. The error encourages the customer to contact a Visible representative via chat (the ONLY way you can communicate with Visible).
After keeping the customer online for what is sometimes a duration of beyond an hour, the agent informs the customer that the phone (Ahem! The phone that Visible sold to the customer) is now incompatible with the new network. Then the agent shares a store link with the customer while letting them know they need a new phone.
But, of course, since the customer already paid for a Visible recommended phone from the company, Visible is providing the phone free of charge, right?
Wrong!
This latest Verizon scam involves their "upgrading" the network forcing the purchased Visible phone to become obsolete. Hmmm, who benefits here?
Wake up, people!
Tip for consumers:
Wake up and smell the coffee.
Imagine a company that you can't call or email. If you have the time to load their software. You will be met with incompetent customer services that are quick to take your money and leave you hanging if any problems arise. Don't let it happen to you.
I used to really like Visible, and what's not to appreciate about straightforward pricing as low as $25 per month. Until I had to deal (multiple times) with customer service. It is all done through text. If you think you have a simple issue, expect it to take at least 2 hours to resolve. Between agents not actually paying attention to what you wrote as the issue (they clearly scan the messages and see key phrases or words and assume), and thus, having to re-write and re-phrase multiple times, plus waiting for replies whilst they, presumably, multi-task with other customers, you'll waste a good chunk of your time and energy. Unfortunately, most cheap phone companies I've compared online w/re to customer service all have the same type of rating - very poor. I guess it's true that you "get what you pay for." I feel like Visible knows they're cheap and uses that to sit back and relax about not losing customers. It's total disrespect, as if us (assumed) "poor people" don't deserve the best. Classic mentality in our capitalistic country.
Tip for consumers:
P.S. I also get only 1 bar in my area here in L.A. county! I reported this, and they didn't take any responsibility or offer any explanations. They made it seem like it was my iPhone!! Wow.
