Do not get your vital records from this company! I bought a premium birth certificate for $117 literally 100 days ago when I was supposed to get it within 35-45 days ago...AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. I am pissed off because nobody answered my follow up emails as well! Then they claim that they didn't have my phone number on file! Then they said a 3rd party service charged my credit card purchase, not Vital records! Where tf is my birth certificate? This is a SCAM!
Do not waste time with this site you will pay 54 dollars thinking that your paying for your certificate and to find out you paid that amount for them to send a free form that you must then send to your local health department and pay more money! That is crazy! Why would anyone pay 54 bucks for a form they could get for free! They do not send you any of your certificates at all!
They charge you money and they give you nothing. Its over priced for for what they claim they do. I've been fighting with the "customer service" by email and they repeat the same messages its all a scam
Do not order from this place unless you know what is actually needed. They ask for credit card info BEFORE they tell you what they need. They charged me even though I NEVER place an order or even finished the info they needed. They were supposed to drop the info after 15 days - thus not cancel ability. They are still sending me emails about this after 30 days!
They ripped me off and its impossible to contact them this is a total scam operation, these people are crooks don't give them any financial info
Just go to the state website and download the form. This company does nothing. They just charge you for doing something that you can do for free. Not legitimate.
I moved to Texas now I ordered from here a birth certificate and nothing took my money though I need it fast all I got was a form to send it says you can get a certified printed out from phone/ online I'm a disabled vet no family noth I need it for a job contacted support 5 times and got responses that made absolutely no sense to get a license here and work you need a birth certificate or certified certificate I ordered 2 nothing sent to phone nothing pls help I'm going to be in a mess if I don't get it
This is the worst! Stay away from this. I'm a new mom with 2 kids and was hoping this is gonna help me have a easy process of having my son's birth certificate. They took my money but no birth certificate! I called and not helpful. I want my money back! Worst worst worst. Save your energy, time and money!
Requested refund on May 25. Was told 3-5 business days. A week later and still no refund. Ended up ordering from the state website. Much more cheaper and efficient.

Don't use this company! I requested my sons birth certificate with them trusting that they were legit. I did not receive what I was hoping for so I call them and ask what happened. I paid $58 for what I thought was my sons docs, and they tell me no we just send you the application and You need to print it fill it out, get it notarized and pay the state fee for the actual document. What!? I asked why do they do it this way because Iv gotten one before without these issues. They said they are a 3rd party company and they Guarantee with their "packet" your application won't be denied. Why would you be denied a birth certificate when your born in this country? They couldn't answer that question. I was basically scammed and they refused a refund. Stay away from the company!

I used this service because I thought it would make the process of receiving a copy of my birth certificate safer and quicker than dealing directly with the health department in my state. How wrong! After waiting 3 months and paying usvitalrecords AND the state health department I went on the search for the missing birth certificate. All this service does is give you the phone number to call at the state health department... they do not offer any help at retrieving the certificate. This is exactly what I would be doing if I ordered it directly from the health department to begin with. Moral of the story, don't waste your money with this company, you can do it yourself my calling your specific state health department. $55.00 poorer but wiser!
From A Writer's Eyes And Ears. It has been 3 1/2yrs now (yes that's right, you heard right), 31/2 years, with trying to receiving my rightful given Birth Certificate as this not only "Unprofessional" but this has also affected my "Livelihood". I ordered my BC. On April 11,2021 I got the confrontation that NC (the state I'm ordering from) got it. It is currently July 9th and I still do not have it. It still has not come in the mail. I'm so upset I had to spend that much money for nothing.
