With the busy life I have with work and college, it's hard to find a nutritous meal that wouldn't take much time to prepare. My roomate said that Vite Ramen is pretty easy to prepare and tasted good so I gave it a go. She was right because with the other veggies and meat, this is the perfect meal. It tastes super yum and I loved it
I believe ViteRamen focuses to much on releasing new product rather than working towards fulfilling current customer orders. As of today, 3 weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn't shipped.
Company focus appears to be centered on new products and promotions. Seven weeks following order placement I was told that the ordering system had a glitch and my order kept getting pushed to the back. Then I was told to expect an order next week or in the following weeks. I mandated a refund.
Tip for consumers:
The business plan is poor. I would not recommend.

I ordered over 2 months ago; the company processed my payment immediately. After 4 weeks I emailed to ask about my order they said it would take about 4 weeks. Shortly after I received an email that my order was "shipped". It has been about 4 weeks now and according to the Fed Ex link the label has not been processed yet. I sent another email to ask when the order would actually be shipped.
This is part of that email response: "Being a grouch will get you nowhere, and we reserve the right to refuse orders from grouches."
RECAP: I placed order about 2 months ago; my payment was processed immediately; when I inquire I receive a rude, condescending unprofessional and unacceptable email with THREATS.
I have been sending emails daily for a confirmation that I cancelled my order and request refund. That was about a week ago and there has been NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
