Tried and tried last night (4/10/22) and again most of the morning (4/11/22) to buy tickets. Called Capital 1 (cc company) to see if my card wasn't working and they told me that all day yesterday they were having people calling them as their cards on your site didn't work either. FINALLY found a phone number for you and called and spoke to Romeo who was simply the best! Finally got my tickets and had a great time speaking to the very helpful gentleman. He deserves 10 gold stars!

Never again. 4 phone calls, 2 drops, ridiculous verification process. Obviously there is way too much fraud in ghe ticket broker business. The process to ensure it is not fraud takes so long it sucks the joy out of going to the game. I'd rather sit at home than go through that process again. No joke, I spent 2 hours trying to but 5 tickets and 1 parking pass. NEVER. AGAIN.

We purchased parking tickets before the Madonna concert at American Airlines. The way the traffic Police have everybody driving around, you will never be able to turn onto 2500 Victory to get to the so-called parking lot. Which by the way, didn't even have a name. Sounds like a scam to me. Why not have a name to the lot you are heading to if it's legit? I'm out almost $18 and to think online it said they were guaranteed. Your guaranteed not to get your parking spot!

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that you can't drive to the parking lot due to the police and heavy traffic. It also would have been helpful to know the name of the parking place. All it read on the tickets was that they were for the "Arena lot."

Vivid seats is allowing a seller to first post a date of estimated shipping for the day after the event. Then allows the seller to change the date to the day of the event. Meaning the purchaser ( me) is supposed to drive 4 hrs to the event without receiving my ticket in advance. I will never use vivid seats ever again.

Avoid purchasing thru Vivid at all cost. With the plethora of ticket resell sites, this is one to avoid. Vivid is constantly taking advantage of the Covid 19 excuse to refuse refunds for cancelled events by providing credit for cancelled shows that only allow you to use the credit on their site. They are allowing resellers to accept refunds from Ticketmaster while shafting the ticket purchasers by not offering meaningful refunds. I don't want $1,500 of Vivid credit for a show that was postponed due to weather, then permanently cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. I want my $1,500 back in my bank account. Avoid this site and their markup fees!

They are kind courteous very easy to understand and very efficient made sure that I was accommodated and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy and that I was getting what I wanted and that's very important was not trying to rush me off the phone they were very patient and professional and nowadays a lot of people are not professional but vivid the young lady that talked to me and was Tony she was superb

Vivid charged me 78 dollars for a 30 dollar ticket. When I got to the rodeo they couldn't find my ticket so I had to get a new one! Vivid refused a refund!

I had a purchase trouble on Vividseats. I left my message as DM on Twitter, and they replied me to contact to an operator to taking care of my tickets directly over the phone. It was smooth and I didn't have to do all re-ordering process again. He booked my tickets at the same section, almost same prices that I tried to purchase at the first time. I really hated it when there was a purchased trouble online, but his speed of troubleshooting was very good.

I was assisted by carlos today in my want to purchase 2 luke bryan tickest for wed july 27th in gilford New hampshire I only had to tell him what section i wanted and how much ibwanted to spend and he found me the best available that met my requests! He was very polite, professional, kind, and made the process very easy! I will continue to use vivid seats for all my ticket purchases as well as referring them to friends and family

I have been to several concerts in the past not ever have been treated like this saying I have withheld money from y'all, if you find the reason y'all should reach out and find out what happen instead of assuming* y'all need to take me off y'all's email listings if y'all aren't going to let me purchase any more! *******@yahoo.com I should never hear from y'all again

Today I purchased 4 tickets to the Matchbox 20 concert in Oct 2021 I worked with Luis B. He was absolutely fantastic at his job. WONDERFUL Young Man. Got us a great deal on our tickets love this company. Will be buying more tickets from them in the future.

Event was cancelled. Informed day of at the show it was cancelled by vendor and would recieve a refund. Received an email by the vendor of the event saying it was cancelled (not rescheduled. Not postponed. CANCELLED) and we are due a refund. However this company conveniently states cancelled shows are "postponed" to get out of giving the due refund. And guess what? My *clearly stated* cancelled show is of course "postponed". Not only does my email say cancelled, but literally all the news on the show also says cancelled. All my friends who used other places are getting their due refunds except me of course. They say that "they will not leave you unaware" of updates and due compensation if necessary. AKA: if we decide to change its correct status from postponed to cancelled like it's supposed to be, you might hear from us... but no guarantees! I Have a feeling this show is going to be "postponed" indefinitely and as long as it says that... no refund. Do not use these people.

I purchased "group" tickets from Vivid seats for the Jersey Boys Concert in Chattannoga for 7/30/22. Tickets were electronic via phone. Group tickets DO NOT need to have electronic tickets. This was an absolute nightmare. I asked to print the tickets for my group but was told I had to use the electronic system. We did not sit in the seats that we purchased & had to wait 10 min after the show started just to sit down. I will never ever purchase from Vivid seats again. People need to purchase through the theater or auditorium as Vivid Seats almost double the cost of any ticket.

Purchased two tickets for $1000 for the Suns vs Nuggets NBA game 2. The seats were obstructed behind the camera and camera operator. When purchasing the tickets, the description DID NOT mention the obstruction. Also, prior to purchasing, the seat numbers were not provided. We were required to stand the entire game in order to see the court. I contacted Vivid seats by phone twice, then three times by email to request a refund for selling tickets with an obstructed view that was not disclosed. They would not stand behind their 100% Buyer Guarantee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

I have been holding on to two tickets since a year. I am told by Vivid untill the event is cancelled I am again holding on to two tickets and out of the money and time invested.No one at Vivid or the pavilion can help very disappointing.

What a scam! We bought 2 Queen tickets at COTA (Austin) for October 21st. We purchased in May. Went to the COTA venue at 2pm and attempted to retrieve tickets via the VIVID app. Followed the link to retrieve tickets (to Ticketmaster app) and no tickets.

We attempted CHAT on app for 2 hours of and them resending link x 2. Neither worked!

Called spoke to agent Barbara who remained on the line the whole line (1.5 hours). She stated, at the beginning the the tickets were still "pending" and she needed to put us on hold to speak to the broker (to release the tickets). She did and forwarded a link. While she was on the line...we did not retrieve any tickets in the Ticketmaster account. She confirmed that she did not see the tickets.

She then attempted to get us NEW tickets but was sold out. She said give them 3-5 days for a refund and reinterated that she had everything in her note for the "investigation."

4 days later I email Barabara. 2 days later she replies as she will "investigate" further. 5 days later we call VIVID direct.

We talked to agent who transfered us to another department who said the Seller showed proof of release. Therefore, they did not owe us a refund.

I am for sure thinking they did not have a release for us. They had sold our tickets to someone else. Because if the tickets were released, and were ours, then they would be able to send them (again) electronically to US. 3 links to Ticketmaster and no tickets.

They could not resend these electronic tickets. BS. NEVER AGAIN!

+++UPDATE: This is the runaround that I've had! The links (see attached) that were sent had no tickets available on the Ticketmaster site. Yes, when I used the link that sends me to Ticketmaster...it did say "oops." I was told by one of your agent to tap on the Ticketmaster Logo (which I did) and it logged me into Ticketmaster account. There was no problem entering the account after that.

When I viewed the Ticketmaster account after each sent link...it has zero tickets.

So you say you released the tickets on May 7th. Are you saying if I don't receive them, then "to bad?" Are you saying that after I receive them one time (which I did not), then I cannot retrieve them again?

Sounds fishy for electronic tickets!

Tip for consumers:
They cannot resend ticket links.
I doubt they had them in the first place or better sold them at a higher price before they released.

Scam stay away!
They charge you double fees and electronic delivery! Stay away if you want to sleep well! They don't care about you if you call them they tell you if you don't like this resale them thru their site!
I paid $77,66 fees for 2 tickets of 128$ each and another $9 for electronic delivery... what a shame and a scam

I guess I should have read the reviews about this company before spending $700 on tickets for a concert. Purchased tickets back on 5/8/2019. Received confirmation email of ticket purchase and email stating my tickets would be available 9/15/2019 via electronic transfer, 2 days before my event. I did not receive my tickets and called the day of the event stating so. I called stating the problem I was having, the first woman was friendly, asked for an alternate email in case that was the issue and told me they had contacted the seller and the seller was going to resend my tickets, if I had not received them 1 hour after the phone call... call again. 1 hour later, no tickets, call again and the second man I spoke to again was apologetic and told me again that the seller was resending my tickets, if I didn't hear or receive an email call back again in 1 hour.

After waiting over 2 full hours and still no tickets we were about 3 and a half hours before the event, 2 hours before doors opened for the event. I receive a phone call from someone at Vivid stating they were issuing me different tickets... in a different section and different row. Ok sure no problem aside from the fact that the new tickets were worth $60 less EACH from the tickets we originally purchased. I was told nothing could be done and now suddenly they had proof I received my tickets on 5/30/2019 when I was looking directly at an email telling me my tickets would be available ON 9/15/2019. The man who called me was very rude and told me that now I had accepted the new tickets nothing could be done and that was the best they could do. Best they could do?! For a company who 100% guarantees customer satisfaction.

Of course I accepted the different tickets. At this point it was 45 minutes before the event was supposed to start, doors had opened 45 minutes ago, we traveled out of state and purchased a hotel room for the evening. I wasn't asking to be refunded. I was simply asking to be reimbursed for the inconvenience of worse seats in a farther section. The man told me to call the next day to figure it out and that was all he could do for me and actually ended up DISCONNECTING the phone call on me after telling me I was responding unnecessarily after I said this is b******* and that I was f****** pissed--well?! A group of 6 women standing outside, in an unfamiliar city for 1.5hours waiting to get inside a venue that they should've been able to get into about an hour ago is totally not acceptable. I called the day after the event as he had stated I could and was told the same twist of nothing they could do. There was proof I had them. I accepted different tickets so I should be happy, etc.

The best part was the day after the concert when I called the 4th man ARGUED with me that the new seats I was given in the different section were the ones I purchased because they sent me the new tickets under my old order number instead of assigning a new/different order number, even though I had my original email from May with the section I had purchased. The funny thing is though when I had asked for the proof he had that I received them on this obscure date he couldn't give me any, told me they cannot do that and told me that they were accepted a few days later which NOBODY had mentioned in the first three phone calls before and said to me "don't call a few hours before the event and expect for it to be fixed" even though when you call customer service they tell you they PRIORITIZE people with events "today and tomorrow." What a bunch of disappointment and garbage. Rude people, no solution and a bogus guarantee advertised on their website. Will NEVER buy from them again.
