Well, there are a few very good things here, that makes me give a high rate 1. I didn't see any hidden fee, everything is pretty clear 2. There's a free protection app which is a big plus too 3. I used a coupon for a 30% discount and end up with a very nice final price Just one thing I didn't like was the very long process of the purchase, but maybe there can not be any shorter version of this process, so it's fine.

Even though you guys have a lot of questions answered in your FAQs, it is tough to follow all those links. I feel you should have a YouTube channel with professional videos teaching how to use all the different settings, like AWS. There is plenty of information and courses on how to use AWS, which makes it so much easier to use them for big projects, unlike regular hosting service providers. Conclusion: Horrible user experience

I have been fighting with Vivint for 6th months now. Their sales/installation rep forged a signature and said he installed equipment in our home. We found out they have taken over $6,000 from us without our consent. Vivint had tech come to our house who confirmed we never had equipment or service from them. Their monitoring department even said there was never any service at our location. I agreed to a much lower amount to be re-reimbursed for the money we feel they stole from us, just to get this over with. We have not received the payment and the account resolutions representative that said he would have this taken care of, has been ignoring us for several months. I have emails from Vivint to prove all of this. I'm at a loss. I don't feel as we should give up the fight, but think they are just lying to us and will never give us any of the money they took from us and promised we would be re-reimbursed for. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of and treating people in this manor!
I have contacted the company via chat, phone, emails to the customer support department, account resolution department, and the chat person's email and a specific account resolution rep email. I don't understand why this company has promised to return part of the money they took, yet they have not done it nor are they returning my attempts to contact them. I have in writing, from the chat and account resolution rep where they state they will have the money sent to us.
