I send an inquiry to travel with my dog service and they reply back to me saying it was approved my companion a human with 80% discount, I called them back saying I asked for a dog companion not a human, since then everyday I call and they tell me to send all documentation again, I did, now they are saying I did request a dog, I sent a prove with my first and original email I did, I sent the doctors letters, they just do not respond, do not care, and sometime they hung up on me. Its so abused and disrespectful, they are not respecting my disease and just dont care to even send me a answer back, now I have to get my lawyer to get hold of them which will cost me extra money to pay the lawyer. I am very frustrated and been in this fight with them over a month, calling brazil from USA paying a lot international calls. I feel ripped off. They are the worst never travel with them if u have a dog.
