It has been more than a year now since i am trying to get my funds off Vogue pay.
I am unable to add my bank account.
When sending them email they do not respond.
At the time the account has been created, they took all my documents and now they are not saying they need to review my account and provide with the documents.
This is outrageous. I am 25,000 down and locked with them for more than three years and now more than a year to get my funds back
Do not trust them
Those people are fake and scammers.

They are scammers they never reply and keep the money i asked for my 2390$ its over 1 year now bad service

They helped me with my complaints and resolved my issues... I was scared at first but after speaking with their customer service officers wI as happy.

Voguepay is scam, they take your money and then no respond. Be away from them. All illegal sites using this gateway and they steal the money of people. No guarantee after payment.

Voguepay always delays your withdrawals. After loosing their license in November they lost a lot of clients. They also have new rules which are not really feasible for any business. I tried them again in March and their transactions are always getting declined. Some countries like ITALY is not even in the country list. All my italian customers' cards were declining.
Since April 24th i am trying to withdraw 900 euros. They couldnt calculate my withdrawal since then, and i am still sending them emails everyday. All i got is their default email. "Compliments of the day to you. We apologize for the delay in responding to your email." After i get my money (IF I CAN) i am closing my account and never again. They also asked me to open a VIRTUAL company in NIGERIA to have better success rate in transactions. Never ending story with their problems in their system. They also have financial problems as i see. Stay away if you are planning to use them. Once they were good, but not anymore.

This is the message they kept sending for 15 days. They just drive you crazy

So basically they say, we will see what we can do in the near future swiftly smoothly but dont expect any money any time soon but we will keep apologizing from your and keep forwarding your request to many departments we have until you are fed up with our emails and leave the funds to us for good which we cannot pay you back ever.

Their services are very useful and affordable. They give good customer assistance as well, they assisted with smooth onboarding process and swift payment of withdrawal.

Before I use vougepay I sent them a message Do you accept IPTV they told me yes we accept IPTV that is okay I used vogue pay payment gateway I raised $764... The minimum was less than $500 I was placing a withdrawal request They tell me they sent a request for money to a bank.
Well, I texted over and over again They tell me I've been sent to your bank
And he sent me a telex or... proof of the sent. Note he cut 30$ for fees withdrawal
Really they are scammers

How can withdraw my 734$ from my account how can

I AM WALE AFOLABI, ONE OF VOGUEPAY MERCHANTS, EVER SINCE I STARTED USING THEM. THEY NEVER REFUSED TO PAY MY MONEY. THE ONLY CHALLENGE IS THAT PAYMENT SOMETIMES MAY BE DELAYED FOR 2OR 3 WORKING DAYS BUT I KNOW THEY MUST PAY ME.
I HAVE BEEN USING VOGUEPAY AS MY PAYMENT PROCESSOR FOR FEW YEARS NOW WITHOUT ISSUE.
I USE THEIR PAYMENT LINK TO RECIEVE SALES PROCEED FROM MY CUSTOMERS AND I PLACE A WITHDRAWAL ONCE MY MONEY IS MATURE
THEY PAY ME ONCE I MAKE A WITHDRAWAL, I DO NOT HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH THEM.

C'est juste de l'arnaque, au début tout était normal les retrait les paiements etc..., après ils m'ont dit que les charge back 1000usd j'ai accepté, après quelques jours j'ai voulais retiré de l'argent ils ont annoncé que les charge back sont devenus 3000usd c'est de l'arnaque vraiment à eviter voguepay est devenu une arnaque, A EVITER, maintenant je peux pas retirer l'argent juste après 6 mois, je cherche un alternative beaucoup plus mieux, pour ceux qui ont le meme soucis on fait un plainte contre cette entreprise.

UNE AUTRE MISE A JOUR ( BIG SCAM)
Je voulais faire un retrait d'argent comme avant ( je parle d'avant les jours où cette entreprise etait parfaite) tout fonctionne bien, normalement 3 jours maximum le statut du retrait doit etre processing payout, alors je trouve qu'il est toujours pending, j'ai parlé au support leur reponse on a parlé avec l'équipe finance et ils vont régler ce soucis après 2 jours j'ai contacté le support de merde meme réponse et maintenant 10 jours et statut pending support reponds par la meme maniere, vraiment à éviter à part qu'ils ont pris 1500 usd chargeback pour 6 mois sans m'avertir sans rien, Faut se méfier de cette entreprise qui arnaque les gens, normalement le retrait je le reçois dans 5 jours max alors maintenant faut qu'ils me paye et que j'attends 3 jours après le paiement, LA MERDE.

Feb 24,2020, I was having difficulties withdrawing from Vogue PAY, they threw at me all possible compliance schemes they could but failed at all costs and processed a partial amount on my withdraw request in the middle of March. Reading all the reviews on Trust Pilot you could see that several clients were having the same issue with them. On the 18th of May I requested a withdrawal the still had some money in the account when it got declined only to find out that they have made changes to their Rolling Reserve policies NOW (26th of March to be precise). May I state that VoguePay need to notify all Clients/Merchants of these changes in advanced, but I was never notified, the transaction charges on their site are not the correct ones as in the middle of last year I was told we would have an increase to 5.5% from 3.8% for all EUR transactions, whether on their website it remains at 3.8%. Which they are misleading Clients and Merchants into agreeing for lower % then increasing them in the meantime once they have signed up with them. Now the 540 Days rolling reserve they have changed just to keep Merchants from Withdrawing funds and keeping the money for longer periods. When confronted all they could say was "We would like to apologize for the inconvenience the update may have generated for your business, please note that as stated in our previous mail, the withdrawal has been canceled and credited to your VoguePay wallet. We regret that the information was not communicated to you earlier on the card scheme extension period and would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed update.". They have gone to great lengths to find loopholes and ways around securely holding funds from clients and I suggest who has money with Vogue to take legal actions and report to certain authorities these issues. We do not have a history of Chargebacks nor Bad Credit background check to keep our funds.
Now, most likely this review will be reported from VoguePay for breaching of Trustpilot guidelines as they have done with reviews bellow to hide their illegal activities.

I have been using VoguePay for a while now and I have not experienced any issues. All my complaints and requests gets attended to, very swiftly and seamless.

DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY KEEP MY FUNDS and THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL KEEP MY FUND 540 DAYS MINIMUM. DO NOT USE THEM AS PAYMENT GATEWAY YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK

When you check the payment systems of all illegal sites, you will find that there is a voguepay payment system. Usually they open a second site under the name of the hosting company and support all illegal IPTV providers who receive their payments from there. Look, even in their comments to the previous complaint, it seems that they have communications with a company that sells an illegal IPTV. They're laundering money.

Two half months ago i buy IPTV services from comstar tv this voguepay support this seller with illegal ways. Showing comstarhosting page hosting sale but who check there can undestand easy! Whatever, They copied my credit card. In Nigeria, my card was informed that illegal money was withdrawn. They tried to rob my bank account, but my bank blocked it for security reasons. Because I used a virtual card, they only had $43. More than once tried. This crook is the one who needs to be distracted! Comstar and this voguepay maybe partner and i know some illegal iptv sale site use voguepay. Maybe this voguepay oner this illegal iptv sites. I not know very well but my sister is powerfull lawyer and soon i show you how can try cheat me! You are wait!
