Suggesting a winter tire/wheel package that deviated from the OEM specs is good. Providing fact based substantiation in a format I could easily verify with some basic Google-fu to back up the performance and cost benefits of the suggested deviation is awesome. That alone would have earned my business. Everything else, from the clean and efficient layout to giving me the option to save money by picking my order up at the warehouse, was icing on the cake.

FRUSTRATING! There are so many different categories for tire and wheel availability that it's flat-out misleading. 8 available when only 3 really are, none available but can be "special order" by 6/29, then customer service says August at the earliest. This will likely be my first and last tirerack.com purchase. The customer service folks I've spoken with over the phone have been very nice, polite, and professional, though.

Was looking to switch, used them prior many years ago, they seemed ok. Had throwaway number used for sms logins, seemed to work ok. Made the decision to port my business numbers over, but half way thru the process, asked them to cancel when I learned that they don't have voice support- my business numbers are essential and not having that made me cancel. They did then tried to slap a $50 usd cancel fee, I refused, they decided to not try to scam me, and then later canceled my account entirely with my existing number.

What kind of business operates like this? A terrible one, I would not as of today trust them with any of your numbers or rely on them at all. I wonder what kind of nightmare it would be to port away a number- which is another reason why I canceled the port in request.

Scammer central- stay away.

No it is a terrible company- they will terminate your service at will for no reason.

Impossible- they do not have a phone number to call for support- definitely not for businesses.
