I had the same experience as everyone on this site. I ordered a pair of shoes for my friend ($80.00) and I waited, no confirmation email or number or anything but when I checked my bank the money was taken out already. So about a week later is when I started calling and everytime I got no answer and the inbox was full, that's when I started panicking beccause I wanted my money back. So I sent them an email and I got nothing, two days later I contacted BBB and filed a report and they handled the case, I then emailed VOODOO-DOLLY again telling them how disgusting they were for taking money from people and that I contacted the BBB. I then got an email the next day giving me the whole my grandpa has cancer blah blag blah and I responded with an apology but also telling them if no one has been managing the site then they should shut it down. Reading all these other reviews I feel stupid for believing their sob story. Anyways I got my refund thanks to BBB but I can't believe these people are stilll in business!

That establishment is the absolute worse I purchase two pair of shoes from them early December so I would get it for Christmas three weeks later I saw the order was still processing I wrote to them only to be told there was a glitch and one my items where back ordered and the other wasn't even in my size I got this email about how sorry she Lauren was and if I quote could "find compassion on a human level" because they are a small family business and she has sick family members to care for (q the violins) I said fine she said the back order item would arrive the 2nd week in January I said fine, March is now coming to an end and I have yet to receive my order. I emailed asking about my order nothing, I emailed to cancel the order because it was outrageous nothing, they don't answer there phones nor emails after they get your money. But by the hook or the crook I'm getting my money back ($100 plus Dollars they must be crazy) they're smart not to put there address. They are thieves basically I don't know if they comprehend that taking people's money and not giving them what they pay for is stealing. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE

VOODOO DOLLY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered $260 worth of clothes plus postage and have heard nothing. I emailed after I could see that my order was still being processed on their website and received one email from 'Juliette' but since then she has not replied to my emails. I have tried to ring but the number rings through to voicemail. I have taken the matter up with Paypal's resolution centre and want my money back asap.
THIS SITE SHOULD BE BANNED AND I WILL BE TAKING THE MATTER FURTHER WITH PAYPAL.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE! LAUREN GOLDSMITH, THE OWNER, IS A THIEF! She stole $132 from me, all the while crying and lamenting how she's soooo sorry, her mother died blah blah blah, all the while, i bought into this bs and cut the woman some slack. She never sent one dress i ordered yet charged me for it and nearly ruined my wedding. As it was, i had to scramble and order another dress from another site and pay the extremely high next day delivery fee on top of it. Secondly, a dress that didn't fit was returned to voodoo-dolly. This was back in June, just like the other order. She has yet to refund my money. I reported her to the BBB and my bank, both of which tell me she has ignored their requests for contact about the issue. I have also filed complaints with the state of PA atty generals office and some cyber crime organizations.

I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I EITHER GET MY MONEY BACK OR SEE THIS WOMAN'S BUSINESS CLOSED. Even if i have to go to PA and shake it loose from this thief!

Voodoo Dolly is a bloody thief! Do not buy from that shop! At first the owner -julia- speaks with you and answers your e-mails, making you believe that everything is ok. But once you buy the product, she never answers to your e-mails again, and at the phone number they have posted answers always the machine. VOODOO DOLLY = BLOODY THIEVES. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
I am waiting for a shirt 3 months now and i am sure i am gonna wait for it an eternity. Very deceitful owner, she spoke to me really friendly at the beggining, untill she was paid. I never heard from her again since then. I've sent them several e-mails since then, threatening them and even swearing them, but nothing happened. THE DECEIT FEELS WORSE THAN THE MONEY LOST.

I only wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them. This store is a COMPLETE SCAM. Not only have my e-mails and calls all gone unanswered, but the site claims my e-mail was never even registered, which is total bull, because my reciept was saved under my 'favorites', but it asked me for my password to get in.
I spent over $60 on a dress that I am never going to get from them.
This is freaking ridiculous and how they are still in business I will never know.
