I want to share experience with ppl who want to buy hair extenesion, i received my hair extensions from vpfashion.com yesterday morning, I couldn't be more pleased with the shade match and condition of the hair. The color is just the exact one matches with my own hair. Thank you very much for all your help and I look forward to getting my hair from you in the future.

“Scam”

I bought a lace front wig, beginner friendly, for 400US$. I sent them messages because I had forgotten to log-in before buying it, so the points weren't on my account. They never answered my e-mails, but answered me on instagram saying that it was solved (It was not). I received an e-mail with my order shipment, though. After some days, I received the wig (and still my purchase wasn't linked to my account) and to my surprise, the wig was curly (I bought silky straight, NOT curly) and the density was extremely poor, to the point that my neck was easily visible. I sent a message with a video of the wig attached, and still I haven't received a response. I feel very disappointed, so many influencers promote it, yet it's just a scam. If in some days they still don't answer me I'll post photos of the product.

I wish I could give 0 stars. These extensions are THIN and ratty. There is no way these are real human hair; they shriveled up like plastic after washing then in hot water in attempt to remove dye.

Wasted over $150 on horrible extensions that SHRIVLED up after 2 months

Ridiculous

I've been wearing extensions for about 6 years and after seeing a youtuber recommend these I thought I'd give them a try. Firstly, they were nowhere near the length or weight I paid for and were extremely thin. You'd need about 4 lots of what they sent me in order to have a full head of hair. I wore them once before they began tangling and became really matted. I washed them and used a conditioner especially for hair extensions but they became more frazzled than ever and tons was falling out even when combed delicately. The quality is really bad, and I don't believe they are human. They appear to have synthetic hair mixed in which I could have bought for a fraction of the cost. They should not be advertising them as human remy hair because it really isn't. Save your money and find a proper seller. Also note that this company advertises a london address but is actually based in china.

It seems to me that if you're a blogger and get VP Fashion hair extensions to review then the product quality is high. If you are buying from the website as a general customer; as I did, then beware! These people are VP Fashion don't give a... They are based in China and customer service is a joke. They don't speak English very well and the time difference from the UK makes any attempt at communication even more difficult. I paid over £200 for hair extensions and they sent me the wrong colour. I had to convince them of this and I had to prove that I received the incorrect colour by emailing photos. I had to send THREE different pictures before they admitted the mistake. Then I had to pay for the return post... I was told to return it to the USA and not CHINA where it was dispatched from. It cost £20 I did get the money refunded to me for posting the return but only when I had emailed them the tracking number and a copy of the reciept. This was just the start of my epic 52 email - 7 week wait for my £215 purchase... tbc...
