For Florida vacation Rentals, this is the site to use. The homeowner pays a fee to advertise. The guest only pays the homeowner direct & the website charge you nothing. For the homeowner this is a very good place to advertise & the site owner is very helpful & informative. The website is easy to use & there are lots of properties to choose from. I left Home Away earlier this year because of how they were becoming more & more greedier by the month charging both home owners to advertise & guests a fee for no apparent reason other than greed & complicating everything. We currently have over 700 Orlando villas to rent just minutes from Disney all direct from the owners. We have also personally visited around 80% of them which helps us get to know the homes and the owners.
