I just had to pick up my package in a other town (which was fast track btw, when I order something fast track by Sabo Skirt my package is hand delivered by DhL and comes in time). And I pay import taxes online before they deliver it.
I live in the Netherlands and I often order clothes from Australia, so i'm used to the process. But Verge girl used a cheap delivery service in the Netherlands so the customer pays double the price. And yes I verified with the delivery service (which is called postNL).
That is not the part that bothered me the most, what bothers me the most is the all the clothes except for one are of good' quality. I'm just so disappointed, kinda wanna cry.
I feel scammed, I can't recommend this brand to anyone. And lucky for me I've got a huge following. Next time I will stick with the brands I know and stay loyal to them.

I ordered 5 garments from Verge Girl paying an amount a bit more than 200 euros. As well as I added the extra of international shipping which it suposed to arrive as maximum 5 days.
So girls, I ordered it the 29th of June and recieved my package the 5th of August. I contacted to the brand several times and told them to at least return me the 20,45 euros from the shipping service I payed for. Their answer was: "No dear, we don't take responsability of the shipping". So basically if you buy to this company never add the extra of express shipping because it is a lie.
Also, I forgot to inform you, post office charged me like a 100 euros for their service. And as you can imagine the brand don't take responsability.
This brand only cares to gain money and don't help you at all. I always buy online and this never happened to me. An example of a good online shopping is Revolve, I had like two problems with their deliveries and allways where there to help and returned back the money when the client was right.
By the way, I don't live in a strange place or island where things don't arrive. I live in Spain, Barcelona.

Wrote the company many times over close to two months asking status of my order, when I received it the box was empty. They didn't pack the dress so I paid to wait 2 months for an empty box. Thanks Vergeg.com, customer service was horrible. Kept getting conflicting answers about order status.

I had ordered a $200 package of clothes from Verge Girl, and received a notification that the items were delivered, but never were. After some back and forth with Support/AUS Post/USPS I was able to receive store credit back. They were super helpful during the process communicating with the postal service, and keeping me in the loop.
Verge Girl is incredible. They have the trendiest and most stylish clothing. I get all of my Levi's from them because they are reasonable and the perfect fit every time. Cutest tops too!
I paid $20 $#*!ing dollars for 1 to 3 day shipping... guess what. My package didn't come anywhere near 3 days. Still haven't received my package and after contacting them through the website, I got no response. But hey they seem to respond to comments on here since they are public! The day the blouse was supposed to arrive I received a postcard saying that I must pay £14.75 to get the blouse.! I feel like I'm being robbed. Where to even begin... first this dress arrived completely wrinkled and not even folded. Second the quality was horrible, cheap and not at all like the picture. And finally this dress was so short not even a 12 year old could wear it. I am not an excessively tall person (5'5) but I couldn't bend over without my whole butt showing. To send back this dress would cost half the price. I will be selling it online and hope that no one will buy from this company.

I returned almost $800 worth of merchandise in perfect condition from the U.S. it cost me almost $100 to return it. Because it apparently arrived a couple days past their cut off, they are refusing to refund my money. The merchandise I did keep is cute, but it fell apart within one or two washes. Their return policy and customer service is terrible- they DO NOT CARE about their customers.

The dress that I ordered from VG was exactly as pictured online and was super comfy and cute! Really happy with the purchase and am excited to order again.
I ordered a lot of clothes from Verge Girl, however, as they were being shipped from Australia the customs charge was £50. This is obviously not their fault, but I couldn't pay that amount to just collect the clothes so I asked for it to be returned to sender. Now Verge Girl will not offer me a refund at all because I used return to sender! The parcel was way over £100 and they refuse to give me a refund even though they have the clothes back. It is a complete joke, customer services keep apologising but won't offer me a refund at all. So so disappointing and upsetting!

I'm very sorry, but we are usually unable to offer a gift voucher at all for a parcel that has been returned back to us due to import duties being refused, however in this instance we checked this with our manager and our manager agreed to offer a voucher which you can use on a future purchase. Generally we do request that customers cover the cost of return shipping so we can send the parcel back to you,

Answer: I ordered the 24th of May and they are supposed to bring my order tomorow 5th of June. My purchase was worth 61,85 then I had to pay shipping 9,90 and tomorrow I have to pay 42,70 before I can get my order. Never ever will I order from them again! It takes ages to come and you have to pay more than you spend for the shipping to Europe (Belgium)

We use this shipping option for express shipping to Europe as it is a very reliable service and the import duties are generally less than DHL. The parcel is dispatched from our warehouse with Australia Post via express shipping and is then passed onto the destination country's local carrier for delivery. Delivery is always attempted first at the shipping address and if no one is at home at the time of delivery the parcel is then taken to a local post office for collection as signature is required on delivery for express parcels.
