Well, easy it is not! There are many links to click on without noticing which one to use for the program mentioned in the advertisement.

I paid extra for more help. Which isn't existing.

Then, after 2 days I wanted to cancel. They do have 30 days full refund. No questions asked.
ROFL, as they do not respond, of course, they cannot ask questions.

Promised only $57. - I was charged $134. Have spent nearly 2 months trying to get a refund. They just want to push their over rated expensive supplements. Personal diet is a joke - I have food allergies and they didn't even read the questionnaire. They just keep sending me the same form letter over and over and over.

Their customized meal plans and the workout schedules is what made me give 5 stars. The meal plans suits me so well that sometimes, I don't feel like I'm on a diet. It's so easy and amazing to follow as well. Their workouts fit my schedule perfectly as well and I always have time for them.

Like many of us, I need to loose a few pounds and got caught up in Vince Sant's video for for "Fat Loss Extreme System". The video is LONG with many repetitions, like 45 minutes or longer. Lots of it made sense and he has a huge reputation. Finally...at the end of the video, the price was okay, $57 so I went to the order process. I've been taken before and I'm pretty careful. I filled in only my credit card info, nothing else. And went on to the next step...ANOTHER VIDEO and YOU CANNOT CHECK OUT until you watch another blah, blah, blah video. While the video was on, I checked some reviews and lots of it was positive but some negatives convinced me I really didn't need this that badly.

Because the second video was still on, all I could do was close out the browser. I NEVER completed the order because you CAN'T until the video ends. Really poor marketing. I immediately called my credit card company and guess what? The charge was already pending. I didn't buy anything soooo I shouldn't be paying anything, right? I asked my card rep to check after we finished to see if there were other complaints about this company and flag it if necessary. This is as much of a scam as anything else these idiots do. So now I have to open a dispute. UGH.

I believe in the high road, always...it's the way I was raised and it makes me furious that a highly regarded health professional can do this. (Vince is in ALL KINDS of magazines and has appeared on many TV shows). It's totally unacceptable, so find healthy ways to loose weight somewhere else.

P.S. I rarely write reviews good or bad. I have to be really ticked off or absolutely delighted by a company. But to show how serious I am, I forgot to log in before I wrote my review and had to rewrite the whole thing again!

Vance has done an excellent job of video marketing his initial exercise and diet program. In the very long winded presentation he tells you that all you need is his exercise routines and diet recommendations based upon your calendar age. In it he bad mouths those people that promote using vitamins and mineral supplements. He offers you a 30 day money back guarantee.

After you agree to that purchase, he then bombards your email daily with more long winded video presentations promoting... Vitamin & Mineral supplements. Thus his credibility is destroyed. I never tried his exercise & diet program, as I waited to see the follow up marketing as it was becoming excessive.

His videos are hosted on youtube, so to watch them you have to login to his site, then click the links that take you to youtube. It looks like you must own & use a mobile phone, but CS stated otherwise.

There is one good area of his and that is Customer Service. They are great people, they answer questions quickly, and processed a refund without hesitation.

Will his system work for you without additional purchases? I don't know. But personally I have better things to do than listen to long winded video presentations that promote something that he clearly stated his is not.
